Aftercreading recent bad reviews I'm hesitant to ever buy online from these rip-off places..they sell cheap China made crap and pffer NO REFUND or support ever

And our dog slipped out of the harness three times !! No return policy!! Stay away from this company!!! Terrible customer service.

Ordered weeks ago tracking doesn’t work and store does NOT respond!

Don't buy from them, cheap material, and the return policy sucks. Such inefficient policies, and there is no return address to get a refund.
Never got notification that I purchased anything from them, not even a tracking number 😒

Purchased two of these harnesses and will not be using them. The Velcro strip that is supposed to secure the area around the dog's neck is flimsy and for our small pups ineffective. I ended up picking my two small dogs up and carrying them home after both wiggled out their harnesses. The name tags are also velcro and are cheaply printed. They are like patches stuck to the side of a standard harness. They are not a safe choice for my pups and they don't sit on the dogs right so they look a little janky.

I also got scammed - I just checked the tracking, and to my horror, I saw China as the departure point. Demanding a refund

This harness does NOT stop pulling as it states, it actually makes it worse. Also the clasp has come undone several times so very dangerous and my dog can back out of the harness. I asked for a refund but am past 30 days of purchase and therefore they will not issue one. Do not get this harness. Very dangerous for your fur baby.

I purchased a harness based on the size chart that they provide online. The harness is much too small and my dog measured well below the upper limit on the chest size. According to their return policy this does not qualify for a refund. The size chart they provide is inaccurate yet they do not take responsibility for it.
The quality of the product is also very low compared to the price. I emailed the perfect paw store and I never heard back from them.
TERRIBLE curstomer service.

The no pull harness is dangerous for your dog. It easily slides over the head if they stop abruptly, leaving your dog loose to run into traffic. They offered a refund only if I paid for shipping back. Further, their site only posts positive reviews. I've reported them to the FTC

Dangerous new harness that slips of the back while walking of my little girl as one of the belt didnt lock, found out only as she was walking. I contacted numerous times the company, a Micheal responded once, I am assuming it's an automatic response, a bot!!! NO CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, DONT BUY!!! Read the complicated services they offer, in case of problems...well don't want to take care of nothing, then taking your money! I will contact business bureau to report.

Ordered 2 "free gifts" but had to pay postage. No problem with this in general until the items arrived. 2 tiny items squashed in the same packet and they charged £21. Complaint about the price for p&p after recieving the items and recieved nothing. Never purchase from here, cheap shoddy items from China and ridiculously expensive postage and packing

Terrible, ordered harnesses according to size, wouldn't fit, attempted to contact them for return address, no address, this company isn't legit and fraudulent

I ordered the dog collar and it has the wrong phone number and I have no way to reach them to correct it I gave them the right number they wrote the wrong number now I’m stuck with this I will never order from them again

I bought one harness and it was supposed to be personalized but it was not. Also, it stated that there was a 60-day return. Turns out that it is very difficult to return items when you read the fine print. I am not satisfied with the quality of the product either. It shipped from China and took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Coincidentally, their return policy states that they will not do any refunds/credits 14 days after you placed your order. I sent them an email asking for a refund but I have not received a response yet.

I bought 3 weeks ago 2 harnesses and 2 leach for a present,the advirtise fast delivery tithin 5 days so after i paid for the items, found out was comming from china, there is no number to contact this company,so i sent an email from a guy name michael i ask him to cancenl the harness but i will continue buying the leach(2) he sent me a fake email saying my money was refund, that never happen i was getting emails saying the harness wil be on the way, they lied to you it will come soon i wait 3 weeks, i email michael again he guarantee my refund was made. Short story i never got the refund and they sent the harness i canceled but they never sent me 2 leach i paid for it,just one, u went to fb page and they delete my coment and message, swnt emails no response. Please becarfull this is a company you cant relay and no place to get your money back.

I ordered two harnesses that based on their size recommendations should have fit my two dogs they’re both huge I’ve left several messages trying to return them they said there was a return policy no problem etc. and now I’m not hearing back and I’m stuck with them do not order from this company

Dissapointing the harness is far too small. Sure I ordered the correct size but not sure if the web page reverted back to xs. Also phone no was wrong, also the strap across front is not ideal as could come undone if dog pulls. Velcro. No exchange/refund, very long winded
