Had a problem with a couple of Bottles with dodgy Corks!! sorted out by Jack replacements arrived the next day, now that is what i call brilliant Customer Service, Outstanding Value and some amazing Wines, would highly recommend.

The order, delivery etc was all excellent. Additionally when an issue arose the CEO Moez Serally immediately contacted me and totally owned the problem until resolved demonstrating they really do care and go the extra mile to make sure their clients are fully satisfied. Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. I had a minor error with my most recent delivery but after I called their customer service line to flag it, they reshipped within the hour and had the replacement on my doorstep the following day. They also kept me informed by text at each step.
I’ve ordered before without any issue, but it’s great to know when a company actually care about their customers and prioritise their needs in the event that something goes wrong.
