I ordered a Flexi Equine bucket for my horse - delivery was quick; they had sent me the incorrect product however their customer service team was brilliant, really efficient at getting back to me and sorting the issue and the correct item arrived super quick, brilliant team.

Excellent quality…
Spent ages online looking for right size cushion inserts before I found this website and was tempted to purchase. So impressed with these dog bed insert cushions. So full and firm but soft and comfortable. Will definitely look to Percy's Pets Products again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. The Pet Bed you ordered is made to order and has a lead time of up to 7 working days before dispatch. We completely understand your concern and will email you directly to resolve this for you and provide an update.
Full Refund
Unfortunately our order arrived damaged....more than likely caused in transit. I contacted Percy's pets , and after sending photos, I got a full refund. They were quick to reply to my emails and refunded without any quibbles.
I'd be happy to order with them again.
