Parcel not received
Absolutely terrible service.
My delivery never arrived, they got my money but I have not received anything. I have trying to get hold of their customer service by phone (message), emails several times but no replies.
What is going on ??????
UPDATE;
Customer Service have now contacted me and provided further information about the delay in coming back to me which was greatly appreciated.
In the end, I never received the parcel but it is not Percy’s Pet Products.
They have now refunded me, thank you.

Thank you for your review. We’re really sorry for the delay you experienced — we had been investigating this with our courier, and it took a little longer than expected to get a clear update. Unfortunately, the original parcel was damaged in transit, which is why it didn’t reach you as planned.
As soon as we confirmed this, we arranged a replacement order straight away and updated the delivery details for you.
Apologies once again for this delivery issue.
Took my money but didn't have the item
Accepted my order, took my money and then on the expected receipt date, emailed to say they'd no stock of the item. You shouldn't have it available to order on your site if you don't have it. I feel like I was just used to help your cashflow situation. Not cool.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry for the frustration caused here — this certainly isn’t the experience we want for anyone.
Unfortunately, our system showed one item remaining in stock when your order was placed, but when we went to dispatch it, it became clear that this was a website inventory error and the item was actually unavailable. We immediately contacted our supplier, Danish Design, to obtain more, but we were informed that this range has now been fully discontinued and no further stock is being produced.
As soon as we confirmed this, we processed a full refund straight away. I completely understand how disappointing this situation is, and I’m genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and confusion it caused.

We’re really sorry for the delay and completely understand your frustration. A number of parcels from our 29th‑Dec collection were lost by the courier, and as soon as we were notified on the 5th Jan, we sent a replacement straight away.

Terrible service.I ordered Pigeon feed…
Terrible service.I ordered Pigeon feed 02/12/2025. I have asked twice and they had the cheek to tell me why im waiting I can order more from them. No sign of the feed or being told when it will arrive .Why offer feed you have not got or can not deliver within your own guidelines? These people do not seem to care ,If you order pigeon feed you obviously need it asap .Whilst I have read their delivery instructions it is well overdue and im just left hanging .Why would anyone in the right mind order spare feed from this company that could not deliver the original feed .Just a cheeky jab for daring to ask where the feed is., Terrible never again...lesson learnt as these people do not even have the decency to keep you in the loop from late items .Looks like someone ordered on the 3rd here and has had nothing too. Not good for business and also they thanked me for this review personally . The point heres is to give your own experiences, good or bad to warn others and to hopefully get businesses to pull their socks up. Failed epically this time .Sorry

Both were shipped promptly — one has already been delivered, while unfortunately the other is still with the courier. At this busy time of year, some deliveries are taking longer than usual, and we’re very sorry for the delay.

Having had problems with a reliable supply of our goats' preferred feed to Orkney recently it was great to have our order delivered as and when estimated. It was impressive and will definitely be using again.
