me and my hubby has been buying peps for years, seen alot of brands come & go, we never write a review but mary asked if we could provide a submssion only if the expeirince and said to be unbiased so here i am, Yes ive had extreamlly good results here very expensive on some of the vials but i have used the tb-500 and the reta! the qaulity is absultly pure i got them tested before i put in my body as ya know i seen all these news reports out there trying to scare me, but yea you guys are incredible with everything you do!! thanks mary thannks to the team at peptidelab for taking qaultiy to the nexxt level!! ive told all my friend family about you god bless xx

My order # PL-2026-00067, one reply from Mary 30th may second half of order delayed 7 days. It's been a month. Order was confirmed 22may. Cant login doesn't recognize email then times me out, ai assistant is fake didn't do anything about login order or updates or escalating the lack of response.

Rubbish, complaint lodged AFCA and ACCC to further investigate this business.

I was hesitant at first ordering peptides online in Australia, mainly because there are so many websites that look questionable and you never really know what you’re going to get.

After a few weeks, I can honestly say I’m really glad I went with PeptideLab. The order arrived well packed, everything was clearly labelled, and the whole experience felt clean, professional and trustworthy from start to finish.

I'm yet another person who never received the items from this company. No response to multiple emails, and eventually had to go to my bank for a refund. Don't use this company for peptides.

Had knee pain for ages and honestly it was getting annoying more than anything.
Stairs were the worst and getting up after sitting down too long was painful!!!!!!! I had tried a few things before and didn't really know what to expect with this.
I looked around alot before ordering because some of these peptide sites look pretty sketchy. I ended up using PeptideLab because they had paypal and apple pay and that made me feel abit safer.
Not saying it fixed everything overnight because it didn't. but after a while I noticed I was moving around easier and my knee wasn't bothering me as much during the day.
Order came fine, packed discreet and no drama. happy with it and will order again.

The vial of Ret we received was unlabled there was no label on the vial so we didn't even know what the powder was we received. It was not packaged safely was only packaged in a paper bag with no protection for the loose vial inside. Vial arrived damaged the powder was all clumped. Sent email with a formal complaint requesting a refund a week ago with no response. DO NOT order from this company

I placed and order and paid express post, had issues accessing website for a few days sent numerous emails no response at all so I contacted PayPal and all of a sudden my email was replied to with a photo of a brown post bag with 2 little stamps and a sorry you were frustrated and felt inconvenienced speel. The envelope arrived today inside was a single unlabelled vial rolling around. I have no idea what the substance is also the other part of order was missing. I notified PayPal they have refunded me and I replied to peptide labs with the same and they responded immediately to close the PayPal case today and to handle it discreetly from this point.
