I had a problem when making my order online and had to call the customer service and they were very helpful. My order was dispatched on time and they kept me updated. The delivery was fast as the furniture comes from EU. The delivery company was professional, they took all the packaging with them and delivered on my bedroom and more important is me and my partner loved the new furniture:)

Delighted with our table. Simple, classy design and quality. Perfect! Delivered when expected and delivery guys were great - positively working out the best way to get it into the house safely.

Alice was very helpful throughout our buying process. We had decided on a different fabric after we purchased our sofa but Alice helped us adjust our order. Also, we were waiting for our flat move date so, while sofa was ready for delivery ahead of time, Pepper Square worked with us on that as well. Overall, really good experience.

Well worth every penny. Product met all expectations in terms of quality and aesthetics. Delivery was excellent as well. Would definitely buy from Pepper Sq again.

Terrible customer service. I bought a desk from Peppersq that was supposed to be an easy fold up option for our new home. Instead, when it arrived the legs were scratched and both my husband and I were unable to get it together. Peppersq sent two handymen (a third party apparently) to assess it and they were eventually able to assemble it with input from a third after one put their full weight on the legs. I was also given the advice that all the marks/scratches would “buff right out with sandpaper” and that the dowels that hold the legs in place should be sanded so that we could take them out to collapse the desk without having to use plyers to do. None of this screams premium and is what I would expect when purchasing a premium price of furniture especially as it’s sold as a fold up desk option. When I emailed customer services to say I would like to return the desk, the two handymen were sent back to collect it within 5 minutes of that email with no acknowledgment to me from Peppersq that they were coming or with any paperwork to give me of proof that it was being collected. Had I not insisted on being given some sort of paperwork they would have walked out of my house with my furniture and I would have had no proof to make sure I get my refund. I’ve still had no contact from Peppersq and the desk was collected over half an hour ago. Overall a very disappointing experience and not one I’m keen to repeat in a hurry.

Very pleased with our order. Beautiful table, as expected but open grain in the wood may prove tricky to keep clean.

Whilst there was an issue with the product once it arrived to me, Pepper Sq seemed to genuinely care and were very quick in getting a fix in place. Would happily use again.

Excellent service, The product was late being delivered, but the company kept me informed and it was delivered on the new date given to me. A demo of how the tables opening mechanism operated was given to me by the delivery drivers, who as well as being polite and professional, took away the packaging. Gorgeous table, very pleased. Spot on!

Gorgeous bed with a reasonable delivery time. The delivery people also put the bed together which was a really helpful bonus
