The product was not suitable for children and was faulty. I have not been able to get return and refund details. They are operating contrary to UK trading law

Goods ordered on 9th December, still not delivered on 8th January despite numerous emails to say delivery attempted but unsuccessful (no reason given). When ring doorbell footage checked no courier was captured in the timeframe of the delivery slot. Numerous emails sent to cancel order and get a refund but just fobbed off. I have insisted that my complaint now be sent to the CEO for action. My advice - avoid purchasing from this company.

Ordered a cat toy which took 16 days for the delivery. It was faulty!
I contacted the company who WILL NOT refund or exchange.
They began with a 10% refund of the item then tried to bargain upto 40%..completely ripped off by this company!!! They operate from Germany which unfortunately cannot be reported to Trading Standards! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM PEPPERS PARADISE!

Avoid this company at all cost's.. I should have checked the reviews before ordering. I ordered an interactive play mat for a cat, what arrived was a babies play mat instead which clearly wasn't what I'd ordered & not fit for purpose for a cat.. Definitely not even worth one star! Do not waste your money ordering anything from them.

I ordered a interactive play mat for my cats as picture online had cats on it, and received a baby play mat.. What the hell!! Misleading customers into buying nothing like the product and taking well earned money.. A disgraceful scam of a company.. Do not buy from this website.

I ordered a dog coat checked the sizes stated and the size should have fit my dog, it came after 6weeks of waiting only to be that small it wouldn't fit a chihuahua. I wanted to send back they told me, pay the postage for return if it gets lost on the way regardless if I have proof I wouldn't get a refund. They gave me a 25% refund £4.25 absolutely appalling company. This is a German company..if i could give it a zero star I would have done

AVOID at all costs!! Ordered a coat according to the size chart and got sent something that wasn't even close to the size I ordered. Contacted customer services about sending it back and they've been really difficult and just keep repeating that I've been sent the right item. Totally frustrating!

Ordered a toy for my dog . Worked for 5 minutes before stopping. Emailed company and offered an insulting amount compensation of £1.40 . I requested full refund for return but not accepted.
Avoid this company.

I also thought that it was a UK company and they have " UK ' in thier title...but they are based in China.

We lost our beloved Frenchie and I wanted to get something in her likeness to give my wife. I sent the
photos as part of the ordering process. What I received was absolute tat...zero likeness. Since when does a brindle frenchie have WHITE ears 😡
I feel completely stupid I fell for the whole thing.

I cannot be bothered contacting them as I don't want to waste any more time or money.

Wish I could give a No star. Statue is absolutely nothing like my dog and nothing like the photos I sent to them. My dog has just passed away and was hoping for a momento. This is going in the trash where it belongs. It’s an insult. Do not buy is my advice

Still waiting for a present I bought for my dad for Christmas. Automated reply from ‘Sarah’ whenever I email.

I ordered a keyring as a birthday present of our dog, it took weeks to arrive. I had an email a few days later to say it was being shipped then over a week later to say it was being shipped! It finally arrived it was such poor quality. I was too embarrassed to give it as the present I intended. I just ended up throwing it away and ordering from a different company
I am really disappointed in the product. It was the first time I've used them and never again.

Really wish I had read all these reviews! This is a non-UK Company who is pretending to be UK based.
Long delivery time, rubbish product - it’s a standard, mass produced model painted poorly to look like the photos I sent. Complete waste of money.

I wish I had read these before ordering mine it was not like the dog at all just a generic Westie ornament when I emailed them they actually thanked me for being understanding (I did reply to that) this is a rubbish ornament of I don't know who's dog but I would NOT recommend nor purchase from them ever again !!!!

I ordered a product over 2 weeks ago for a Christmas present and I still haven’t received anything. If they email back it’s a generic email and refusing to give me a refund.
DO NOT BUY!!!

Firstly, my order took 20 days to arrive when advertised 2-3 days. It got to a point where i had to email the company and then only received a response 1 week later, which in my opinion is extremely unprofessional and not good customer service. I started to think that they took my money and that i would not be receiving my product however when it eventually did arrive (today) it was not at all what was advertised. i am extremely disappointed with this purchase and what is even worse, it was a Christmas present. i have no idea how this business is still running with their false advertising and with the amount of negative reviews i am just now seeing. would not recommend to anyone, do not waste your money.

I ordered a "Handmade" figurine of my late Bearded Collie sent them four pictures Front, Back, Left, Right as requested, it was hard to get absolute perfect pictures for the F, B, L, R, because as I said she's no longer with me, hence the reason for the purchase, what I sent and what I received is ridiculous as I said Bearded Collie, yet I was sent model that looked like some sort of Spaniel painted in my dogs colours (Black & White) emailed to complain and they replied due to the "Handmade" nature of the product there can be a 5-10% discrepancy in the models, Spaniels aren't even the same Category of Dog as my dog they'd have been more accurate had they sent me a Border Collie Model or even a variation of a cockapoo.
Sent a further complaint and they have offered a 10% refund which is ridiculous considering it cost £25 for something that does not even remotely resemble my dog, even if they had sent me a stock model of Bearded Collie (my dog's breed) I would've been happy with that I wasn't expecting miracles but wasn't expecting them to grab any spare dog model and paint in my dogs coat colours and say there you go. Joke of a company. AVOID!

Weird one as I tend to only leave bad reviews lol. I ordered 2 keyrings which based on even the worse delivery estimates should have arrived by Christmas.

They arrived on the 28th, clearly late, but over the Christmas period you kind of have to accept something like this happening?

Both the keyrings look great for the price, I can't complain about the product at all, just the very slow + late delivery promises.

Rubbish quality compared to expectation of what I thought it would be as advertised! Taken nearly a month to arrive which wasn't disclosed and when I received an email saying to expect it in 7-10 working days it arrives another 5 days later than that! Underwhelming in all respects, very disappointed as it was a meaningful gift for someone.

Sent pictures of my female English Bulldog and got a male staffy looking dog that looks like its been painted by a five year old! Ordered on Dec 5th and recieved Dec 28th! Appalling product, an absolute rip off! Avoid like the plague.
