They are of absolutely no help, so you're better off renting on Otodom and saving your money. I rented from them because I believed it was safer; that I would get help from them if something happened with the landlord. But they just say: "Oh it's all up to the landlord." And yet they charge extremely high prices that are way higher than on the Polish market, just to get more money out of International students. Definitely don't rent from them!

Despite numerous emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages—and especially despite the fact that our move-out inspection was flawless—this company doesn't return the refundable deposit. After speaking with many students, it seems they’re all in the same boat. It’s a total scam; once you move out, you won’t get your deposit back. You should definitely not rent from them. It's a shameful tactic, and it really reflects poorly on their country.

If I could give a 0-star rating, I would. Pepehousing withheld my 2,554 PLN using highly restrictive terms, and an incorrect contract.

1. Deliberate Stalling & Poor Communication: Their response times are incredibly slow. I would wait an entire week for a single reply from them. When they finally messaged me, I replied on the exact same day, only for them to take another full week to respond. Though I admit, this was fairly rare.

2. Paid 2,554 PLN Before Seeing the Contract: When I finally received it, the contract was incorrect. Furthermore, the landlord threatened to terminate the agreement over a trivial typo—claiming my email address was "invalid" simply because of a capital letter.

3. The Refund Trap :When I saw the contract was wrong, I asked for a refund. They refused, citing a predatory clause in their terms: if a booking is made within 60 days of check-in, you cannot get a refund, period.

.4. Demanding More Money While Ignoring the Issue: Despite withholding my 2,554 PLN and providing an incorrect contract, they still demanded an additional 3,000 PLN deposit. To make matters worse, they are completely ignoring my dispute. I am still receiving messages from them claiming "the apartment is prepared for you," completely bypassing the fact that the agreement was wrong and never finalized. They pressure you to pay before you see what you are signing, with 12 hours to pay up the booking, then stall the communication, and keep your money. Expats and students, stay away. Use Facebook groups instead.

Unacceptable delay and lack of communication. I left my apartment in February in perfect condition. After weeks of ignoring my emails, JP Estate/Pepehousing promised a refund by the end of May. It is now June 1st, and I still have not received my security deposit. I am forced to initiate legal proceedings. Avoid this platform if you want your money back.

Scammers, they want you to pay the price in 12 hours without letting you to see the house neither sending a contract. Dont trust.
