We really couldn't recommend Greg Vaughan Financial Services highly enough. From the start of our claim to it's successful conclusion Greg was amazing. He kept us regularly updated of progress & was always at the end of the phone to answer our questions. He was able to explain complicated financial jargon in a way that we could easily understand and he gave us the confidence to make the right decisions for us. Best of all the settlement that we received was far better than we could have hoped for. Five star plus!

I asked Greg to look into a FSAVC that appeared to have been mis-sold to me. He provided an excellent service and was exceedingly thorough, providing me with updates and commentary as the case progressed. Unfortunately, in my case, the insurance company had done just enough to cover themselves. However I have nothing but praise for the way in which Greg worked and the amount of effort he obviously had to put into the case ( with no cost to myself).
