I like these but the stylus is useless. It is too soft for modern-day iphones and ipads to respond too. The pen writes ok and the built-in mini flashlight is handy.

The pen itself is wonderful, but dealing with National Pen drives me ape. They send me renewal flyers for someone else's product, and when I order online to make sure they have MY info correctly on the pen, they telephone later to tell my spouse I shouldn't have ordered online because it cost more. I don't think their sales departments talk to each other.

Once shipping and tariffs were added, it raised the price to quite a bit more. I do understand, that tariffs are not something that you can control. Otherwise, the pens and engraving are beautiful.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the products that you received. We are pleased to hear you love the great quality pens received which the engraving is beautiful. We understand your concern about the tariff charge. These changes are happening across the industry, and we’re adjusting, so we can continue offering a wide range of options.
