The pen is great. No problems. Wasn’t happy with the fact that the company slapped a “tariff fee” on top before they were in place.

Thank you for sharing your feedback Robert! We're glad to hear you're happy with the pen itself! We're sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the tariff fee. Please note that the tariff fee was added in response to new U.S. import regulations that are currently affecting many industries, including ours. These changes help us continue to offer a wide range of quality products while adapting to increased sourcing costs. The tariff is based on current U.S. trade policy and could change depending on future government decisions. We’ll keep you updated if anything shifts!
If you'd like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at reviews@pens.com. We're here to help!
