Account opened without my knowledge, but refund obtained after robust claim
I responded to an advert published by Facebook to purchase something for £2 postage. The item never materialised, however I noticed that on 6 occasions £39.95 had been taken out of my bank account and paid to Pennyplanr. When questioned, Pennyplanr told me that I had taken out a membership and the payments were subscriptions. I have never knowingly taken out membership, and indeed had never heard of them until now. However, having explained my experience, they agreed to refund all of the payments that they had taken, and to close the account that had been opened in my name without my knowledge.

Total Scam
I responded to an advert published by Facebook to purchase a set of spanners for £2 postage. SCAM
I was tricked into thinking I was buying a pair of shoes from a link on Facebook, I have subsequently had £40 taken from my account on 3 different occasions, I have not authority these payments.
They are a scam company, stay well away.

Payment through cloned websites leads to pennyplanr and The Digiventro ltd trick subscription site.
I was buying something through what I thought was the Screwfix website which I have done many times in the past. It then redirected me to a payment page that looked correct but after putting in my card details it redirected to a totally different page and turned out to be a subscription pay page to a company's called pennyplanr which is part of another company called The Digiventro Limited. Neither which I know or thought I was dealing with. Google has no details of this company and any reviews available are not verified. This is a scam site so beware.
