Amy was the most amazing travel agent , I feel like I actually met her in person! She was so polite , professional and always at hand when I needed her throughout my travel experience, she was always checking in on me and even when we were away she was asking how our holiday was going , at any time night or day she answered any queries I had , her responses were quick and informative and she guided us with breeze throughout! We will definitely be booking with penguin holidays again , thank you so much Amy xx

First time dealing with Penguin Holidays and the experience has been nothing short of smooth sailing. Our consultant Marco was extremely helpful and patient as I was constantly changing my mind on the destination 🤭. He found us the best deal with flights and the accommodation , and I have to say the hotel we stayed at was perfectly situated making it easy for us to get around the city. Would highly recommend Penguin Holidays for your next holiday break ❤️

Our recent family holiday to Disneyland Paris, booked through Penguin Holidays UK, was fantastic! From start to finish, the team made everything so easy and stress-free. They guided us through each step of the booking, and everything was perfectly organized upon arrival. Our hotel was family-friendly, conveniently located, and ideal for visiting Disneyland. The kids had a magical time, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing, thanks to the attention to detail from Penguin Holidays. Highly recommend them for anyone planning a memorable Disney experience!

I had booked the trip for Venice through penguin holidays. Amy helped me to find the best deal and took care of everything. She was very helpful. It was the best holiday ever and would book holiday again very soon

Stay away! ✋🛑 they are scammers from india . They canonot even speak english right. Booked a holiday to Tenerife paying £2800. Cancelled my holiday and did not refund a single penny back. Have been waiting for 5 months now. I have already lodged a complaint with trading standards now

Inquired through Facebook and got an immediate response. Very good customer service from the team, really made everything hassle-free - would recommend!

Had a great experience. Immediate response and really good costumer service throughout, would recommend!

Sean was so patient and provided me with multiple different options that fit my budget and ever changing schedule. Look forward to organising my next vacation with Penguin holidays! Very reliable and honest service, I highly recommend.

Thank you so much Penguin Holidays! Our whole trip was seamlessly booked from start to finish and the attention to detail was amazing!

Our Euro-trip was completely done by Ryan. He even found our stays in every country if you do not want to go through the hassle of looking for each and every detail and covering it all. Thanks you Penguin.

Sean was really helpful with planning every aspect of our trip to Paris. I wanted my best friends (who were visiting for the first time) to have the most epic experience. Sean helped us book the most perfect hotel in the Latin Quarter- which was quintessentially Parisian. The joy I felt walking up and down those streets is indescribable. Sean also helped us plan day trips to Versailles and Disneyland Paris. This was one of the best travel experiences I have had in a very long time.

I will certainly use Penguinholidays again for my next European adventure.

Best,
Michael

Amazing travel agents, and very thoughtful customer service! Great job

This was my first trip to Europe and Amy made sure I had nothing to be nervous about. She found me a great deal and accommodated all my requests, even the last minute changes. Excellent service, highly recommend!

The team at Penguin Holidays made our lives pretty easy; everything was seamless Glasgow to Disneyland Paris for my husband's birthday. Sean was very patient, paid attention to our requirements and got us some great deals!! Great customer service from Amy too!
*****Five Stars!*****

Marco has been incredible through the whole process, I’ve asked a million questions and he has always gotten back to me within the day! I needed to change the dates last minute and he was able to somehow get it done for me.

I was well informed and felt very secure planning my holiday with Penguin. Thank you, Marco!
