Wanted to return an item because it was not what I expected. I took notice that I have to pay for the return myself, which already in my view is not customer-friendly (I ordered goods worth 150,- EUR, so I would expect free returns as is the usual way with other companies), however - even after the deduction of the UPS postage - the amount returned was still less that it was supposed to be. So unless you decide to exchange it against something else or take a voucher, it is a rip off.

Just received, in very short order, a beautiful woollen cardigan from this company, which I hope to be able to wear for a long time into the future!
Incorrect item, substandard response
I ordered an item as a Christmas present for my wife. As we were travelling abroad for Christmas, the parcel wasn’t opened until it was given to her on Christmas Day. On opening it, we discovered that the wrong item had been sent.
I contacted customer service immediately and what followed was a disappointing and substandard exchange. I was informed that the item I originally ordered was now out of stock and that my only option was to return the incorrect item for a refund. While they described waiving the usual 14-day return period as a “gesture,” there was no meaningful acknowledgement of the impact of the error or the timing. The responses felt entirely scripted and impersonal.
At no point was I seeking compensation, despite this being assumed. I simply expected a clear explanation and a degree of empathy for a mistake that affected a Christmas gift.
I now have to spend my own time arranging the return of an error that wasn’t mine. Having shopped in Pendleton stores in the USA many times with consistently good experiences, I’m disappointed to say I cannot recommend purchasing online from their EU store based on this experience.
No goods; 8 weeks for wrong refund

The shirt was £61.25; delivery was £4.99. My refund omitted to return the delivery cost. BTW, I had paid £3 for Swap Protect, a parcel insurance service promising 'rapid' resolution of delivery issues. What a joke. Wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews. Wouldn’t buy non sale items
Purchased on the 1st Dec, received item a week to the day. Checking reviews doesn’t build confidence and promotes doubt, however, item arrived, I’m content with it but…the main site lacked material details and other listings note cotton or cotton blend fleece when it’s 100% polyester which isn’t the worst as item was heavily discounted but Pendleton project a very polished brand and website focused on promoting it’s heritage but fail to state products are synthetic and made in china.
They spam you with ads for discounts that don't exist
For the past week I've been targeted by ads by Pendleton UK, offering 25-65% discounts on their cardigans. I was suspicious because the discounts would be different each time I saw an ad.
So I clicked on an ad, and it turns out they are not offering discounts at all! It's click bait!
This is really poor and shady practice, from a brand that should have a better reputation.

terrible experience with the company. Bought 3 T-shirts (2 orders, 2 in one, 1 in the other) and they arrived massively oversized (ordered medium, more like XL)
Arranged a return which you have to pay yourself, and included both orders in the same bag. They're claiming to only have 1 order and are deducting shipping from my refund, so by the time I've finished I've lost 30% of the cost of the items. Utter rip

Please do not make the same mistake I did, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! Paid £300 for 2 pillows, just opened a PayPal case, thank god I paid with PayPal, avoid at all costs!

They did offer a partial refund on the website minus their shipping costs despite the fault being theirs. This wasn't acceptable so I emailed them directly. After providing some photos of the item I received, they kindly refunded me in full, and also gave me the t-shirt received in error, for free. I found them courteous and efficient in resolving this problem. While I was disappointed to receive the wrong item, (they explained that re-using an old barcode had led to this error), I feel they cannot be faulted in the speed, courtesy and generosity of their response and have edited my initial, critical review. I would ask them to review the returns options provided on their website however and to double-check orders before despatch. Thanks.
Just stay away from Pendleton EU
Just stay away from Pendleton EU. The goods might be real (even if their shirts are made in China!) but their business is utterly broken.
They charge you for items they don’t have in stock, they are almost impossible to get in touch with and they don’t refund you for their mistakes. This is criminal and their business should be banned immediately. Action will be taken.

One of the worst experiences I've had with online shopping.
Was charged VAT even though it appears from Pendleton eu's website that they send the goods delivery and duty paid DDP.
I tried to contact Pendleton several times, but they have never returned a response to my inquiries.
I have therefore refused to pay the VAT charged. The shirt I bought has therefore been returned to Pendleton EU.
I wonder if I will get my money back.

No refund or reply on return
Made a return nearly a month ago. The website referred to a returns portal, but vaguely also mentioned selectingn a secure return transport company. I used a secure transport company and returned it. Only after 6 days do they send the link of the returns portal and I told them I already has sent it via a secure transport company with trackinh and it had already arrived. This is 2 weeks ago and I have sent them several emails without getting any reply. There is also no phone nr I can reach. This is extremely frustrating as they don’t provide any service whatsoever. This feels extremly scammy.
Do not recommend buying from them.

Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Experience
I ordered a Canyon Western Wool Shirt (€347.90) from Pendleton EU, and the experience has been a complete disappointment. UPS failed to deliver the order and did not notify me of any attempted delivery. Despite reaching out multiple times to Pendleton EU, the issue remains unresolved.
I received only a partial refund (€276.87), with no explanation for the missing amount. When I inquired about reordering the shirt with a reliable delivery service (like DHL), my emails were either ignored or inadequately addressed.
Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I was left to deal with the aftermath of their delivery partner's failure, including paying taxes for an item that was never delivered.
I expected better from a premium brand like Pendleton. Avoid ordering from them unless you enjoy frustration and poor service.
