Very happy with the service we received. The guys were polite, helpful, & respectful. They left the area clean & tidy. Overall the dealings with the company couldn’t have been better, especially Sako, who came to oversee the whole project. The girls in the office that we spoke to over the phone couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful. Will definitely use Peninsular Air again & thoroughly recommend them.

Extreme disappointment and frustration :(

Upon accepting the job and paying the required deposit, I was taken aback by the sudden increase in installation price without any prior warning or discussion. The email I received seemed to have a "take it or leave it" approach, which was quite disconcerting.

Admittedly there were lengthy install delays while awaiting legally required strata and council approval. I acknowledge such delays may have warranted a reasonable increase in price for materials and labor. However, the significant price hike of 15.38% per annum was unexpected, unacceptable and well above the 2024 rates!

It was only after carefully reviewing the terms and conditions on your website that I discovered the clause allowing for price hikes for delays exceeding two months. This lack of transparency in communication is both unprofessional and unethical.

As a result of this experience, I sought out another installer who was able to provide a much more reasonable quote and completed the job with professionalism and clear communication, qualities that were lacking in my interaction with Penair.

I feel it necessary to share my experience with others to caution them about the potential price hikes for delays exceeding two months. Transparency and clear communication are key in maintaining a positive relationship with customers.

Penair installed 3 Daikin compressors and 5 head units. The site was properly inspected and quoted as to cost and eta for the install. The actual install date was earlier than expected and properly coordinated with us. The 2 day elapsed time for install was exactly as expected - the installation team of Abdul, Sajad and another were hardworking, efficient, on time and a pleasure to have around the house. All areas were cleaned up as best could be expected and the workings of the units properly explained by the team.
