This is the third time to use Pembrokes for mortgage advice. Paul Grennan is excellent, very approachable and personable with excellent knowledge. Carol is excellent. The financial advisors are also outstanding. Thank you once again

From the initial contact with Paul Grennan who was very efficient and explained everything and then found the appropriate equity release mortgage , the whole process

Very poor service - contracted to undertake a retirement plan which I would be charged for but after initial meetings, simply 'forgot' to do it. Chased them on several occasions and only a threat to report them to the FCA resulted in a response. Not to be trusted with the basics so cannot imagine they could do anything complex. Avoid.

Sarah has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She got me a new deal on my mortgage renewal and then a new mortgage for myself and my partner and on our first hime together, all within the space of 6 months.
