Our first shop opened in 2007 and was quickly followed by three other retails in the heart of the city in the lagoon. Daily they are visited both by residents and tourists. Every day loyal customers and hurried tourists alike, express their needs and wishes creating an anthology of female customers' desires. This way, Pelletteria Veneta can offer customer satisfaction for a vast and varied customers base, according to age, nationality and tastes, by producing leather handbags that are beautiful comfortable and durable. All leathers are naturally dyed and all textures are original: sauvage leather, printed chamois, grainy calf leather or washed lambskin all helped by elegant design and meticulous handcraft sum up to a unique product, safe from the passing of time and never outdated.

Borsa da sogno

Quest'estate, mentre ero in vacanza a Verona, ho visto questa borsa in una vetrina. Purtroppo era chiusa e non l'ho più trovata. Sono molto contenta di essere riuscita a trovarla su internet, ho aspettato che aggiungessero la versione blu e ora non vedo l'ora di averla. Bellissima e spaziosa. Consegna veloce anche in Repubblica Ceca. Grazie mille e la consiglio!

Servizio clienti fantastico

Servizio clienti fantastico! A causa dell'incompetenza del corriere GLS, la sostituzione e la restituzione sono state rese praticamente impossibili. Pelleteria Veneta ha risolto la questione in modo estremamente professionale e mi ha consegnato la borsa dei miei sogni. Mille grazie!

Wunderschöne Tasche in Rekordzeit geliefert

Hatte die Tasche, die bestellt habe, schon in einer anderen Farbe in Italien gekauft. Bin so begeistert von der Qualität, dass ich sie mir in einer anderen Farbe bestellt habe. Wunderschönes Styling und Farbe Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat alles ausgezeichnet geklappt. Innerhalb von 2 Tagen von Italien nach Österreich. Wirklich hervorragend! Verdiente 5 Sterne! Alles bestens!

Ich habe früher bereits mehrfach direkt im Geschäft eingekauft, dieses Mal allerdings von zu Hause aus online bestellt, weil der gewünschte Rucksack im Laden nicht mehr vorrätig war. Schneller Versand, schöne Ware, ich bin sehr zufrieden! Vielen Dank! : )

Abhorrent service

I had a very negative experience with this shop. I purchased a bag and decided to return it immediately. At first, the staff refused to provide a refund even though consumers law clearly states that they are obligated. Only after 24 hours of negotiations did they agree to reimburse me via bank transfer. However, more than a week later, I have still not received the payment and the transaction has not been cancelled even though I gave the bag back.

This lack of professionalism and failure to honor their own commitment is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this shop to others.

EDIT * European consumer law takes precedent over Italian law. Your answer shows a lot about who you are as a company, and the fact that after several months I'm still waiting for a refund even though I gave you the bag back on the same day tells me everything I need to know. Hopefully this prevents other people being scammed.

If you do have a receipt then send it to me because I have not been credited. That is not the law I was referring to by the way.

The law states we are obligated to refund only for ONLINE purchases. There is no such obligation in Italy for in-store purchases.

**EDIT: I suppose you refer to EU Law
DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2673 and that only refers to purchases at a distance (internet, phone, etc).
Anyways we sent the refund via bank transfer as per your request on Sept. 18th We have the bank receipt.
