Heather really went the extra mile no job is too small very professional and got the results I was looking for can’t recommend this company highly enough thank you

Very efficient and professional

We worked with Paul and his team and they were able to clearly give us a range of options to our situation and then always delivered on each stage of it. We were really impressed with their communication with us to give us regular updates plus solutions to solve each problem we incurred. We are looking to use them again in the future and our advice would be to always share as much information as you can so that they can give you the best possible breadth of options.

Heather was amazing - thank you so much for going over and above and we appreciate your professionalism and your investment in getting the result we craved!

Thanks 🙏🏻 again

Very professional team. They did a next day bug sweep. Very reasonable prices. I would use them again and I highly recommend them to others.

Paul and his team were very helpful and made the extra effort to attend to my request with speed and efficiency. Very happy to have chosen this company as they delivered a very professional service. I feel rest assured now that I have had my premises checked for any devices. Thank you Paul for your prompt and responsive service today. I’m very grateful to have my peace of mind restored.

In what has been an incredibly sensitive, emotional and stressful time for me, Paul has made me feel at ease with the process giving regular updates - very professional, compassionate to the nature of the investigation and has guided me well, by drawing from his and his team’s expert knowledge in the field. Very prompt with the key info I asked for and I trust him to continue giving the right guidance and insight.

Heather was very helpful with my enquiry and got immediate results
So helpful and engaged with me through out the investigation.
Would highly recommend.

A very big thank you to Paul for acting as an intermediary on a sensitive and very worrying issue. He was always very straight talking and trustworthy. He kept me up to date on what was happening and dealt with everything extremely efficiently. And underneath the persona is a really nice guy. I have absolutely no problem in recommending Paul and PEL.

Absolutely amazing service, handled a private family matter. Happy to recommend, you won’t find better.

We used PEL for an employee investigation. Paul was very professional & helpful with daily updates. 100% recommend

PEL were understanding about my request for an investigation in a difficult situation. They kept me informed, but also provided a named contact who I could call at any time should I need to.

The investigation was thorough and allowed me to be assured I was making decisions based on all available information.

Both Kieran, as point of contact, and David were thoroughly professional, whilst still being approachable.

Efficient and helpful, very friendly staff. Quick responce to our needs.

Extremely professional from the offset. Provided a comprehensive description and enabled me to get the right answers I eagerly awaited.
Five stars all round. THANK YOU
