Quality products and great customer service

I like the idea behind the products but would like a more cohesive experience with building a kit necessary for me

I've only used 3 times and find it relaxing and comforting. I am hoping my daily use going forward will prevent the eye oil glands from clogging , causing infections and need for steroid cream and antibiotics.
I will keep you posted.

My eyes used to water almost every single day. I tried every eye drop and nothing worked. Since I have been using this my eyes haven’t watered one single day! It’s a miracle & I am so happy I finally found something that works. My eyes aren’t ever puffy anymore either. Added bonus!

The products have helped with my dry eye symptoms..still a work in progress. I was prescribed meibo at my last eye visit and while it helps there were still symptoms of swelling in my upper eye lid with redness, no infection, but looked dreadful. I also have black circles under my eyes. I have been using my kit since it arrived and I see improvement. I look forward to continued improvement. The balm and stuck feel amazing on my skin around my eyes.

After years of severe dry eye and almost complete closure of the meibomian glands, countless drops, and expensive IPL treatments, I had still found only mild improvement in my symptoms. Then I found Peep Club. For the past 6 months, I have been using the Peep Club wand with the coconut eye balm wipes, and have seen a marked improvement in my dry eye symptoms. These products really work!

I’m still new to the device, but I already feel like it’s helping my eyes. It’s so easy to use, and I’m excited for its cosmetic potential as well. Hoping for great results as I establish a consistent routine.

Two weeks in using the heated wand. So far I love it and feel it is helping. Can only use the the heat and vibration modes due to my autoimmune disease, but that is fine because I only need the heat and vibration part. Wand is better than the eye mask I have that is supposed to do the same thing. Easy to order, delivered in timely manner, easy to charge.

I am loving all the products. My eye wand after a few uses was not showing the digital screen fully, so I contacted customer service and they promptly responded back saying they were shipping out a new wand. Amazing! You wanted me to continue loving my products without any delay. Such amazing customer service. The eye wand and coconut balm are my favorite items. The cream that is in a stick is not my favorite as the stick was confusing to operate at first and I can’t really tell if I get any on. The spray I also like, but I do wish the spray would come out more as a mist. I feel it is hard to apply evenly, but maybe I am supposed to put it on a cotton puff?? A product I was wondering if could be an add on, is a sleep mask that would also protect your eyes at night from dryness.
But overall I would buy the current products again as they have done so much to improve my dry eyes in just a few weeks.

I have Sjogren’s disease. My eyes have been extremely dry and sensitive. My eye Dr told me to use warm compresses to help stimulate oil production in the glands. I find using the wand much easier and it provides consistent temperature.

Im still learning how to use it. The spray that hoes on my eyes and the eye wand is great! My eyes feel really nice after using them. Im not sure how or when to use the wipes though. I gave 4 stars because there's no drops to help with dry eye. If I did, 5 stars easily.

Easy ordering, quick delivery. After using the wand and the balm for 2 weeks I see and feel a difference!

The products are wonderful. My only wish/request would be to label the different products on the actual product. There is no identifying information on the actual product outside of the box saying if it’s the lid stick vs the dark circle eraser.

I love this device. It stays nice and warm throughout treatment. All the light options a great.

I love the coconut oil pads and eye warmer.
I don't think the stick is as great. It seems like it's a little bit too firm sometimes.

There was a lapse between order date and delivery. Once I reached out for the status of my order I received it quickly, thank you. I have struggled with dry eyes for years, going to specialist, drops,and plugs every 3 months. So I figured why not give it a try. I love the heated vibration and LED lights and the products are so comforting. It’s only been 3 weeks but I can see a difference in the tissue around my eyes and LOVE it so far. Thank you!

I have used the peep wand for 2 weeks and already notice a change. I have Graves and TED that is in remission but only receded about 30%, leaving me with a new face. I liked my old one! Anyway, this seems to be reducing a lot of the swelling, but even more impressive is that my eyes are not dry 24/7 anymore. I’ve used my drops once! I’m curious to “see” where this goes. Thank you!

I have been dealing with basically a wet face for over a year now due to chronic dry eye. I have had to stop wearing makeup and always have tissues at the ready because I am constantly wiping the tears off my face. I have tried medically prescribed eye drops but don't like applying them and can can't stay on them for any length of time. So, I read about the PeepWand and thought why not? After a week and a half of twice daily use - my eyes are dry. I am hoping it's the cure, but three weeks in I am really encouraged and hopeful and so happy to not have to be dealing with the constant tears running down my face. Additionally, the product is super easy to use and actually quite an enjoyable and soothing experience.

The products are really good and they are helping my dry eyes which is something hard to find since dry eyes are not easy to treat and find something that works. It’s still early, I started using a few time ago, but my eyes feel better, which didn’t happen for a long time. The customer service is excellent, they’re open to solve everything and have a really fast response. No regrets. I’ll definitely buy again.
