This is a well designed and well built product. The components are good quality. I like the small details like the USB port next to the charging port.
Communication with the manufacturer is excellent which instills confidence in the product and it’s after sales support.

I can't rate this company high enough. I ordered two Navigata CitE bikes which were promptly delivered when promised. On unpacking them I found some very minor damage to one of the bikes. Mark at Pedibal was brilliant in dealing with the problem and all was resolved within 24 hours with the absolute minimum of fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pedibal.

Excellent Service from the team at Pedibal from the first enquiry to delivery of my bike. Mark, who I dealt with, was first class a real gent and exceptionally helpful.

I would like write a review, about having a Pedibal after a year please. There are a couple of niggles, but on the whole an excellent bike, which has given me a new lease of freedom.

First complaint. The red start switch button close to the accelerator clashes and breaks in a vulnerable spot when folded up against the bike frame. That button needs to be rubber or concealed better.

Second complaint. The chain wears very quickly. I had to change the chain after 500 miles.

Third Complaint. The paint flakes very quickly on the wheels. There has been a case where the paint has flaked so sharp, it has given the inner tube inside a puncture believe it or not. I would suggest you change the way you lacquer your wheels.

These are all design and content flaws, to help you with you future builds.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase of a Navigata Cite bike from Pedibal and overwhelmed by their first rate customer care. Bike comes with glossy handbook that makes operation very simple and riding the bike is a joy. I have suffered from chronic fatigue for 13 years and I thought I’d never ride again. This bike has made it possible. Such a slick mover, the bike shifts along at a terrific rate and is very easy to fold down if required. Cannot be more happy with this purchase from a company that go the extra mile to help.

I have now enjoyed my first week riding my Pedibal. My reason for purchase was based on my health, I unfortunately have a cancer that limits my breathing. Any hills that need walking are out of the question. I now get my Pedibal ready, sit and twist the handle and away I go. This has given me so much freedom. Mark dealt with my purchase from initial contact to delivery. Excellent product and excellent service, thanks to all at Pedibal.

I am 80 years of age suffering with arthritic hips with mobility problems and only able to walk a few hundred yards. I researched all the ebikes the pedibal navigator came at the top of my list one of the main reasons was it had a throttle this allowed me to have full control from a standing start.
When purchased it arrived the next day it was easy to unpack it had been fully checked and was ready to go it took no time to unfold and remove packaging I read the instructions and was ready to roll in 15 min the test dive was a dream. I now have unlimited range round my local area and feel like I have my legs back.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Communication was great. I visited their office in Hounslow to see the bike before hand, which was arranged with ease. Bike is really good, using it lots and really enjoying it.:)

Very efficient service.
I dealt with a guy who introduced himself as Mark he answered all my questions honestly.

I purchased 1 bike which duly arrived the next morning.
Played with it for 2 days so purchased a second bike for my wife and again as promised arrived next morning.

Some folding e bikes are very expensive these seem to be good value.

I feel confident that in the future they will deal with any issues promptly.

If it wasn't for Mark(on site manager) I would give it 4 stars. People make a business and Mark is forever helpful. Quick to respond to any queries and emails, friendly and will go out of his way to fix any issues. I am very happy ( so far ) with the bike. It looks good and goes really well after some minor initial issues which have quickly been fixed ( thanks to Mark). Looking forward to using this bike.

I am very happy with my bike. The delivery time was great.very little assembly needed.

The bike was delivered on time.
It is everything I expected, easy to fold, easy to charge, easy to cycle. It has the advantage of being able to self drive without peddling (only on the level)
It also fits easily into the boot of my car.

Exceptional product. Had a few problems with powering it up, but a bit of trial and error got us there. Very helpful customer service from Mike in Hounslow gave good reassurances about a delivery address change. Two weeks in - highly recommended.

Excellent service, quality product great delivery time.

We drove to Hounslow to look at this bike, which on paper seamed a good looking bike but in reality is a superb bike. We ordered a bike and it was delivered very soon after. The set up videos are very helpful.
I like the fact you can use it as a push bike but when you need a helping hand it delivers.
