Order from this company February 1st 2026 and it’s now March 22 2026…. And by reading everyone else reviews it looks like I won’t ever receive my order as well!

I wish I could give them triple zeros 😡😡 How is it I placed a order Dec 18, 2025 and it's March 2026 AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT!!! I've asked for refunds, sent messages via email to support center with no resolve. Ohh you can't call because the number don't work on their website and they just keep responding via email saying oh we can't refund because your order is being fulfilled!!! This is theft at its finest!

This company should be close down, they take your money and don’t send you the product !! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE THIEVES !!!

I ORDER BACK ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2025 AND REQUESTED TO DISCONTINUE MY SUBSCRIPTION AND A REFUND. TODAY IS JANUARY 7, 2026 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 4 MONTHS TO RECEIVE A REFUND AND NOT TO MENTION I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY/SUBSCRIBE AND THE PRODUCT IS NOT THAT GREAT AS WELL.

These people are a scam!!!! I paid for my order over two and a half weeks ago never received the order and when I call and reference to my order there contact number is not in service! Particular Bad people

Would give them zero stars , they don't even need to be in business ordered three weeks ago and the tracking says LABEL MADE , they didnt even ship

This company is full of crap. I've waited over a month to get my 2 bundles of the 1 Day Colon Cleanse (4 bottles ). I have tried to contact them over 9 times. There is No Live Person to speak to. I tried to look up my tracking numbers they gave me and confirmation number showing what I had made the purchases. On their website it told me no package found. What type of message is that?
They just have you keep filling out the forms online for someone to contact you; in which they never do!!
I had to contact the Better Business BUREAU for them to even acknowledge that I had two orders out there.

Placed an order July 25 haven’t received any emails about my order update. Tried contacting support 3 times, company unresponsive so filed a report with BBB

I made a purchase for this in February and didn’t receive it until April after numerous phone calls and emails. I have dealt with them a couple of times and the product worked fine and it didn’t take that long for me to receive my order. This purchase that I just made was the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. My boyfriend and I decided to take it today June 28, 2025, and it was clunky and it tasted weird after I drunk the entire bottle. I shook it very well and checked the date. I decided to open up the bottle and it sure was pieces of clunky brown stuff in it. I’m not sure what this stuff is at the bottom but it better not make me sick. Please don’t purchase anything from them ever!!

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They do not answer emails no matter how many you send and don’t send out product. I tried to give this company business over and over again because they are black owned and they FAIL! I had to do a CHARGE BACK to get my money back after waiting months. You are better off going to Amazon and getting the 1 day colon cleanse there, it’s a different company but taste the same. Cleanses your colon the same way and shipping is reliable and fast. NEVER GETTING A DIME FROM ME PECULIAR PEOPLE! 👎🏾

I ordered 3 products from them on 5/21/25 and despite them advertising 3-5 day shipping, I have received nothing. I reached out multiple times via email to get tracking information and not one of my emails received a response.
This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

They are scammers!!! I ordered on May 13th it still says it’s preparing my order. And it not they don’t respond to your email and you can not call them! Never again will I support this company! They should actually get shut down.

Scammers!!!! Apparently this product of color cleanse was purchased in December. I had no idea this was a reoccurring charge (clearly my fault for not looking better) and have been charged 44 bucks every month since, with only one bottle accounted for!! So, not only are they charging your CC, they don’t even send the product after the payment! Do NOT buy from this circus, because the clowns make it very difficult and tedious to even cancel the order! Nightmare! Quick buck from a company that sells you soap in a bottle, makes you have terrible diarrhea (like soap would in ingested) and you think hey, it’s working!! SMH, worst company ever!

Ordered 2 of the colon cleanse bottles. Only received 1. Their phone doesn’t work and haven’t gotten contacted back in 3 months. Scammers.

I ordered back in October and it's been almost 2 months since I paid. Almost 90 dollars GONE. They need to remove the customer service number on their site and give refunds to the people who have been waiting for months to receive their orders. Buyer Beware and be AWARE. Don't buy from them.

Placed a order on August 8th and still have yet to get a email stating my order shipped. I've emailed them 5 times and have yet to get a single reply. They have zero customer service. They can email me about a 50% off sale everyday but can't fulfill order that have already been placed. They are money hungry and don't care of they are overwhelmed with orders, they don't care to ship orders out on time, they don't bother with email from paying customers either. This isn't the 1st time this has happened either. I should've never continued to support then after the 1st time. I can promise this will be the last time though. They ain't the only company offering the products that they sell. I will give another small company a shot before I go back to this company. I've also filed a complaint with the B.B.B

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Peculiar People Holistic Company. My boyfriend placed an order for a one-day colon cleanse detox on July 19, 2024, and received an email confirmation with the order number 31231. However, we have not received any updates since then—no shipping details or any further communication.

I tried reaching out to their customer service at 855-437-8772. Someone did answer and confirmed my boyfriend's order number and name, promising to send shipping details via email. Despite this, we still haven't received any information.

Concerned, I checked their Instagram and noticed numerous comments from others who have faced similar issues—no shipping details, partial orders, or no delivery at all. This has led me to believe that Peculiar People Holistic Company might be running a scam, taking orders and payments without fulfilling them.

I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious. Our experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and it appears we're not alone. Consumer beware!
