I recently purchased a new Hyundai Tucson N Line S from Pebley Beach Hyundai in Swindon, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help.

Good service in Cirencester

I brought the Vitara in to have a free replacement cartridge fitted (under a recall scheme). That was efficiently done, but I also appreciated the general ‘health check’ of the car carried out (free) and found it useful.

Craig was fantastic when we came in to…

Craig was fantastic when we came in to the Swindon branch and listened to what we were looking for and gave us a few cars to look over and test drive! Gave us the pros and cons of each one and was extremely knowledgeable about everything and gave us and found us all the information we asked for, there was also never any pressure a really relaxed and friendly experience! Highly recommend going for your car needs, I fell in love with mine and it’s the best car choice I’ve ever made and I look forward to going back for my services and MOT! By far the best dealer experience I’ve had and the handover with Craig and will was fantastic both took my through everything I would need to know and more and really helped get me on my way and get to know the car and all it’s tips and ticks better!

Attentive and knowledgeable sales…

Attentive and knowledgeable sales person who was very helpful including arranging a test drive at short notice. Provided great support with explaining many of the cars facilities and good contact. Many thanks.

Great Service

As usual the Pebley Beach team were professional and helpful regarding my daughters i20 service. We missed the fact that it was also due an MOT and adding that on was no problem to Beth on reception. All done in half a day and a free taxi for my daughter to go and pick her car up. Great service.

Long wait - zero communication

Car booked in for service. On arrival at 845am, was given an ETA of around 2pm. Arrived back at dealer around 1.30pm and made our presence known.
Finally collected car at 4.30pm. Throughout the waiting period we had to prompt staff several times to find out what was happening. They did not provide any helpful information about finishing time. In fact, at 3pm I asked if the proposed MOT had been started as, if not, I would cancel that and get the car back straight away. Was told that the car had just been logged on to the MOT system. At 4.15pm there was still no news - having been told 15 mins earlier that "it was coming off the ramps". My local garage would have had the MOT done in 45 mins!
At 4.30 pm I demanded that one of the service staff go and find out when my car would be available. It was then that I noticed that my paperwork was sitting on the desk - it had been there for at least 15 minutes unattended.
And then the final straw - having left the dealership and parked up elsewhere, on restart, car told me that service was due in 4 days - the technician had failed to reset the service indicator.
