My order was over 5 weeks delayed and I didn’t receive any warning prior to purchase that it would be delayed. Only when I chased the company did they have the courtesy to let me know they were experiencing a delay with the product. When I later asked for a refund they would not refund me as I was 2 days over the 30 day refund period. Given the huge inconvenience and lack of communication a refund would be the least I would have expected. Awful company and customer service - avoid them at all costs

As stated across our website - we have put in place extra safety precautions for our warehouse and delivery teams. Standard delivery orders can take up to 7 working days, or more due to the current climate, and some items from the same order may arrive separately. Our team are doing their best to manage this and we are sorry again for the delays.
The returns policy applies to all customers and allows you up to 30 days to return your order, unfortunately, since your order had passed it's return date, it did not apply to our returns policy. At Pearl and Bear, we strive to deliver the best products, services and satisfaction to our valued customers, like you and we are truly sorry that you feel this way and we apologise again for this.

I placed my order on the 1st January
I placed my order on the 1st January, it is currently the 11th January and still no sign of my purchase. I have emailed to ask where it is which was promptly responded to however though I have been told it has been dispatched with Hermes the tracking number provided is said not to be valid on the Hermes website.
