edit: I did receive a full apology from two members of staff although it did take being on hold for 30 minutes.

Entirely unenthused. We were not told that a property we were meant to be viewing had in fact been let the day before. Was told a cock and bull story that the agent had intended to call us when previously I was told they had the incorrect details for me. The only way we found out the property was not available was by calling to check in with the company who failed to send any sort of confirmation of the viewing. When I stated that this was not on the person on the phone said ‘well now you know’ as if that is in any way appropriate when we were planning on travelling into London to view the property. Then the man on the phone hung up, cutting me off. Impossibly rude and unhelpful service. Just because a tenant is not looking at one of your more expensive properties does not mean they do not deserve to be treated with respect. I would NOT recommend this company and I will be placing this complaint on as many sites as I can find.

I have been using Peach Properties to manage my properties for almost 20 years now and they have been absolutely fantastic throughout. Unlike a lot of agents, Peach really do treat you as a person rather than a number, and they manage my properties extremely efficiently: contractors are enlisted quickly whenever any of my tenants experience maintenance issues within my flats and all such issues are typically resolved within a very short time-frame, something which benefits both landlord and tenant alike. On top of this, Peach Properties are a very approachable company and their staff are wonderfully personable and helpful. It is for these reasons that I haven't even had to consider using anyone else to manage my flats over what is almost 20 years now: Peach are simply excellent.

I'm own a few properties, so my experience with estate agents is probably a bit more well rounded than most.

So when I sold my flat, it was very telling that I decided to use Peach.

Let's be fair, estate agents don't have a great reputation, particular in inner London. What I like about Peach is they are really down to earth, not pushy, don't tell you what they think you want to hear about the valuation (I've lost count the number of times you get told a price to list, only for 4-6 weeks later the same agent is telling you to reduce the price to generate any interest).

So if you are looking to avoid all the negative clichés about estate agents, Peach are about as close to that as you are going to get.

We have been tenants of Peach properties for nearly 4 years now. the team are very responsive to all maintenance issues. Georgie has been extremely helpful throughout. Chris and his team have been great from start to finish. Would definitely recommend they're services.

I had arranged a 2pm viewing with Jack which he confirmed via email a few days in advance. I then receive a clearly rushed text at 1.59pm on the day of the viewing to say that he could not make it and was cancelling the viewing without any reason as to why. Of course, this was far too late notice as my housemate and I were already stood outside the property waiting.

I called this agency multiple times during the week to enquire about their properties and arrange a viewing but they continuously failed to follow up with me. I couldn’t believe they then failed to show up to the one viewing I had managed to get booked in.
Huge lack of organisation and customer care.

Peach Property Shoreditch sent me a deal I’ve accepted and placed a deposit to secure the property I was meant to move to, at the beginning, all went well. Turns out I contacted them two weeks before moving date as I still didn’t receive any contract to sign and when they do I ask them two super simple questions I had about the contract – One was about the move in date that has been agreed with their agent, Carrie, to be done on the 30th. Because I was currently living two streets away she assured me that I could come a week earlier to start moving things some days during that week with no issue (as I was next door I could have carried boxes by feet).


Anyway, while asking the questions I was dealing with another person called Nick, property manager who’s been completely unhelpful and disrespectful – Firstly Ive been told that if I wanted to come in to move things a week before I had to start the contract earlier even if it was just for one day to move things in – Which I found a bit cheeky since I’ve not been told I had to pay a full week of rent early to do that when I visited the property and placed a deposit for it – And when I asked questions about the contract, they were just not flexible to discuss it and became really irritated and told me to basically take it or leave it and if I wasn’t happy, they’d cancel the deal and put it back on the market.

Of course I wanted to move in this flat more than anything (and would be homeless a week after if I didn’t!) plus I was travelling abroad for work! I tried to call them about 5 time to discuss the issues – but no one answered. Which lead me to receive an email 5mn after the tentative of calls, telling me they were cancelling the contract because the landlady wasn’t confortable with renting me the property anymore ! It’s truly unacceptable coming from an agency to not support the clients they have as tenants.

They never gave me a reason why she cancelled the contract and I’ve been in a really difficult and stressful situation because of that.

They’ve offered no help to help me find another place for me and they actually put back the flat on the market for a lot more than it has been offered to me when I visited - Which proves clearly the reason why they cancelled the deal was truly to make some more money out of it. If you are a tenant I urge you to look for another agency to work with as this has been the worst experience I’ve had in 10 years living in London and is clearly unacceptable in a human way to do something like that to someone.

I’ve contacted the manager – Chris, who had the audacity to tell me that it “doesn’t benefit them in anyway to start the process again as we now also have advertising costs, reference costs and time to try and find a new tenant.” I’ve also mentioned – unless they’d provide any explications or help (they didn’t) – I will make sure I will leave reviews online to report their attitude and way to treat tenants and they’ve mentioned they will take actions against me if I was doing this because it would be “false claims” when all I’m doing is stating what happened to me to make sure this never happens to someone else because it’s been an awful and disgusting experience.

Peach are not like most lying, manipulative London property agents. They are the only agent I've ever had a positive experience with, they are organised, polite and honest. Nick set up our tenancy smoothly, Paulina ensures repairs were carried out promptly, Georgina coordinated our move out with no fuss. I couldn't recommend the whole team more highly!

I found Peach Properties an excellent agent to buy through and also to manage the letting of the property once the purchase completed. Agents generally have a poor reputation Peach in my experience are a notable exception.
