Undelivered product

I ordered a saree for Rs 3000 on September 27th and received a mail from them stating that the saree will be delivered on 2nd October. I received a message on october 1st that delivery partner couldn't contact me and a link was given to which I submitted that I was at home and further reattempt to be done on 4th as I had plans to go out on 2nd and 3rd. I didn't get a call or receive a message so I was confident that the saree will be delivered only on 4th. But to my disappointment I received a message on 3rd stating that my order was delivered. No calls from delivery partner whatsoever before or after delivering the product. Asked the security, he didn't receive. None of the neighbors got it. Contacted peachmode . Received only automated message that will look into the matter.i am clueless on what to do.

Cheating to customers

We ordered two sarees. They send same color but different shades, web picture color shade and received saree color shade is difference. So we requested for return, but they don't agree take return due purchased on vocher, The vocher provided by them for last return. Vocher is also nothing but money. I requested them again, take return and give vocher insted of return amount. I can purchase some other item in same web site. But they didn't agree. The returns are not easy in Peachmode than other ecommerce websites like Amazon, Flipkart,Meesho. Every time they are cheating to customers. What ever they send , we need to keep that item even though we didn't like that item. They will not take return. If suppose they taken return then they will not give back amount. They provide Vocher, with that we can purchase items with in one year period. if we purchase on this vocher, they will not accept return, even though the product is not good for us.Indirectly they cheating to customers, they looting money from customers forcebly. So i stoped purchages from Peachmode website.

Its a completely fraud company

Its a completely fraud company! I ordered online a dress material (suit), they delivered a wrong product (saree). Since then, I have been writing multiple emails and contacting their customer care. They have not been able to arrange a pick-up for the incorrect product and are now asking me to self-courier the product to them. In addition, they are saying that they'll not refund the amount but would rather issue a gift card to me. Horrible, horrible, fraud company.

Its a terrible company

Its a terrible company! I ordered online a dress material, they delivered a wrong product, post that i had to write multiple mails, and then they picked up the item from me and later issued a gift card. No Refund. By todays online business practices, I call it a "FRAUD" company!

I have no pending fold or issue from my side. The product I ordered was returned without any reason or communication. What kind of discussion was done in Bhiwandi?

I want my payment refunded first thing in the morning.

I have no interest in purchasing anything further from you. From the beginning, you people have been cheating. My first order was complete backwash, and then when I placed a second order, you returned it without even informing me.

All you people do is take the money and send poor-quality products, and when we complain, you say place another order. Even after placing a second order, you return it without informing.

I’m done with this kind of business.

Bad return policy

I made a blunder of placing order without seeing the reviews. They did not sent the product I chose. I returned back the product. They wrote that they would send a gift voucher by mail after receiving the returned product. A week passed by.. No trace of gift voucher

They have pathetic policy of return .they are selling clothes which usually don’t match with the image shown on site or sometimes clothes material is not good as expected.they don’t not give your money back .
I realy recommend do not buy products from peach mode .

Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service.
They give gift card for return orders and not money back.
Gift card has policies that we don't know about. Like if a person has gift card of rs1000 and uses it to buy couple of things of rs 5000. They won't let you return any of the items even if the quality is not upto mark.
So be aware of these when anyone uses gift card

Quality of the material is bad

Quality of the material is bad, Sent the defective piece the second time. Very difficult return and exchange process, even if it is the teams fault by sending a defective piece.

I would like to share my recent experience with your customer care service, which was quite disappointing and unhelpful.

Today, I called your customer care number (022-62760606) to resolve an issue regarding a return pickup. A different Delhivery executive arrived to collect a return order that had already been picked up yesterday by Amit from Delhivery (contact number: 8983609609). During this call, I was connected with your customer care executive named Prajakta (who declined to share her last name), who unfortunately was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional during the call. .

She was not only unwilling to listen to the issue in detail, but also came across as quite rude. Instead of assisting or trying to understand the situation, she repeatedly asked for CCTV footage as proof. I explained to her that the footage is maintained by our society, and while I don’t have direct access to it, I would be able to request it if the matter escalates further. In response, she dismissively asked, "What proof do you have that you have returned the order?"

This response felt dismissive and accusatory, despite the fact that I had already shared a screenshot of the society entry log yesterday confirming the pickup. I’m shocked at the tone and approach taken during a genuine query where I was simply asking for help.

To make matters worse, Prajakta’s tone and approach were extremely unprofessional. I expected more understanding and support from your team, and I’m quite disappointed with how this was handled. When I asked her to transfer the call to her Manager, she blatantly denied stating that nobody is available right now.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and the necessary steps are taken to ensure a more respectful and solution-oriented customer experience in the future.

More importantly, I need a solution regarding the return that was picked up yesterday. I am requesting real-time tracking of this return. If Amit from Delhivery has not updated the tracking status or returned the material to you after picking it up from me, I fail to understand why I should be held responsible or expected to pay for it. That is entirely out of my control and should be investigated from your end.
