Impossible to cancel
I've tried to cancel my 7 day subscription but all I get back is the same response saying to wait until my trial is over and if I want a year membership for $7. I've replied saying I want it cancelled immediately and I get the same response back time and time again it's starting to get pretty frustrating so I'd highly recommend not using them

I signed up for a one-week subscription…
I signed up for a one-week subscription for €0.99, knowing that I would be charged again after the first week. I have now sent them five emails requesting cancellation, but I still haven’t received any confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled.
Their website states that the subscription can be cancelled through the membership page, but this is simply not true—there is no option to cancel it. When you contact them by email, you only receive an automated response, and there is no actual confirmation or assistance with cancelling the subscription.
It feels almost impossible to cancel. At this point, the only option I seem to have is to contact my bank and block/cancel the card to prevent the next charge.
Very disappointing and misleading subscription process. I would not recommend signing up.

Ne pare rău să auzim că ați rămas cu această impresie.
PDF27 funcționează pe bază de abonament, iar prețurile aplicabile, condițiile de abonament și termenii de reînnoire sunt furnizate în timpul procesului de achiziție, înainte de finalizarea plății.
Tratăm cu seriozitate preocupările legate de taxele neașteptate și suntem întotdeauna dispuși să examinăm cazurile individuale și să explicăm cum a fost procesată o anumită plată. Din păcate, nu putem investiga situația dumneavoastră specifică doar pe baza acestei recenzii, deoarece nu ne-au fost furnizate datele contului sau datele de contact.

do not trust this. they will ask for a small fee but if you try to cancel your membership there is no cancellation button even if they claim there is until you are left with emailing their contact support

Quiero compartir mi experiencia para alertar a otros usuarios antes de utilizar PDF27.
Ingresé a la plataforma únicamente para realizar una tarea puntual: convertir un archivo PDF en un documento editable. Mi intención nunca fue contratar una suscripción mensual. Al realizar el proceso, entendí que estaba pagando por el servicio que necesitaba en ese momento y no autoricé de manera consciente ni explícita un cobro mensual recurrente de USD $49.99.
Sin embargo, el 19 de agosto de 2026 se realizó un cobro de USD $49.99 a mi tarjeta. Al contactar al servicio de atención al cliente, me explicaron que correspondía a la renovación automática de una prueba de siete días que había comenzado el 12 de agosto.
Considero que este modelo de suscripción y renovación no fue suficientemente claro ni transparente para mí al momento de utilizar el servicio. Si hubiera entendido claramente que después de la prueba se realizaría automáticamente un cobro mensual de USD $49.99, no habría aceptado el servicio.
Solicité el reembolso del dinero y expliqué además que actualmente estoy atravesando una situación personal y económica extremadamente difícil debido a los efectos del terremoto ocurrido en Colombia el 10 de agosto de 2026. El dinero cobrado representa para mí una cantidad muy importante en este momento.
La empresa confirmó que mi suscripción fue cancelada y que no volverán a realizarme cobros, pero hasta el momento mi principal preocupación sigue siendo obtener el reembolso de los USD $49.99.
Publico esta reseña no con el propósito de perjudicar a la empresa, sino para alertar a otros usuarios: si van a utilizar PDF27 para una necesidad puntual, revisen cuidadosamente las condiciones de la prueba gratuita, la renovación automática y el valor que se cobrará posteriormente. No den por hecho que están realizando solamente un pago único.
Mi recomendación es leer con mucha atención las condiciones de pago y verificar inmediatamente que la renovación automática esté desactivada si no desean continuar con la suscripción.
Espero que PDF27 finalmente revise mi caso y tenga en cuenta las circunstancias excepcionales que estoy atravesando, realizando el reembolso TOTAL solicitado.

I had to give it a one as there was no other option to go below. I paid for the subscription. Both files I converted using this site to excel, were corrupt and can not open it. useless. stick to well known companies, even if they are expensive.

I checked with the bank and the amount of 24.99 EUR was paid from the account and yet I did not benefit from any service.
I expect PDF27 to resolve this unpleasant situation, that is, to refund the amount for which I did not benefit from any service.
I think the most correct thing is to pay only if you benefit from a service, not to write small at the bottom of the page so that you do not notice what is being prepared for you.
If it is resolved, I will be the first to write a review because they are trusted partners.

Don't give them your bank details. I signed up to a free trial yet once I tried to download the first document it made me pay $4aud and then wanted another $4aud for subsequent downloads. In that moment I cancelled the subscription and used a free Australian based website. I have since been charged $72 for the subscription that I will not use and upon contacting the company they initially said "per our terms..." they wouldn't refund me. After asking again they made a "one time exception to refund 50%". The user experience is terrible and being charged for a service I can't and won't use has left a very sour taste to an already unpleasant experience.

Charged $49.99 after trial, refund refused
I signed up for a 7-day trial on July 27, 2026. When it ended, I was automatically charged $49.99 for a monthly subscription. I hadn't used the service at all after the trial and didn't intend to continue it.
I contacted support the same day, explained the situation, and asked for a refund. I received a templated reply quoting the Terms and Conditions and a refusal. No goodwill option was offered, even though their usage logs can confirm I never used the paid subscription.
I've now disputed the charge with my bank. If the company resolves this, I will update my review.
