Had to use this company as they have a wider selection of medallions than others online. They cost twice as much but I needed a Hawkstone medallion so just ordered one of the two choices they offered.... Zobacz więcej

PD Customs. 1st Class Service
An absolutely fantastic company to get accessories for your Perfect Draft machine.
I'm new to Perfect Draft and ordered the wrong products as I have the Perfecr Draft Pro and accidentally ordered items that would only fit the original Perfect Draft.
Tom and the team were brilliant when fixing all my issued and even refunded me for an adapter I didn't need without me even asking.
They could have just taken the sale as it was my mistake and I wouldn't have had an issue.
Little gestures like that and free medallions and coasters if you already have the free gift.
I'm really impressed and everyone is really nice. It's a small business that I will always support with a regular order every 3 months
A breathe of fresh air. This comes makes having a Perfect Draft machine even more enjoyable

Hi Adam, I'm really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the delivery times. Due to the pre-Father's Day rush and staff leave we had to adjust our handling times, but as per our emails I appreciate that the Royal Mail delays exacerbated the delays – please accept our apologies for the issues.

Hi Neil, I'm sorry to hear that there was an issue with the delivery speed on this particular order. We send all items out via Royal Mail 1st Class as quickly as we can produce them (we make all products to order), but due to the 6th May bank holiday we did suffer some slight delays, as did Royal Mail. Thanks for your review, we hope to see you back at pdcustoms.co.uk again soon!
Beer pump tap inserts for Perfect Draft machine.
