Many thanks for your review, and I’m pleased to hear you were satisfied with the items themselves.

Just to clarify, our products are handmade to order by our small two-person business, rather than picked from warehouse stock. As stated on our delivery page, our usual production turnaround is 3–5 working days, and the postage charge covers the Royal Mail delivery service after dispatch.

Your second order was placed on Friday 1 May and dispatched on Friday 8 May, with the Early May bank holiday falling in between, so this was within our stated made-to-order timeframe. We also emailed at the time of your earlier order to explain we were working around short-term production absence.

Regarding price, everything is made in-house in small batches, and our prices reflect the materials, production time and UK fulfilment involved.

I’m sorry if the turnaround wasn’t clear at the time of ordering, and I do appreciate your feedback.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery experience, although I do feel some context is important.

This order was for a custom Pro drip tray, which required your image before we could begin production. The order was placed on Wednesday 29th April at 10:57am, but unfortunately the image file needed for the custom print had not uploaded correctly. We emailed on 30th April to request the file again, then followed up on 1st May. Once the image was received, the item was made, dispatched on 5th May via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and delivered on 8th May.

Our products are made to order, and our delivery page clearly states a production turnaround of 3–5 working days before dispatch. Tracked 48 refers to the postal service used after dispatch, rather than the full order-to-delivery timescale.

There was also a Bank Holiday on Monday 4th May, so this custom order was produced and dispatched well within our stated handmade production window, despite the initial artwork issue needing to be resolved before we could start.

For clarity, the order timeline was:

Order placed: 29th April
Artwork requested again: 30th April and 1st May
Artwork received: 1st May
Bank Holiday: 4th May
Dispatched: 5th May
Delivered: 8th May

Your previous two orders in January were also made and dispatched very quickly, with both arriving within a few days. We always do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible, but handmade and custom products do still require a short production period.

We’re a small UK business making these products in-house, and we take a lot of pride in the quality, fit and finish of what we produce. I’m sorry the experience did not meet your expectations on this occasion, but the order was handled within the timescales stated on our website.
