Having got Luke the Nuke fever, after not watching darts since Phil Taylor was in his prime, I really wanted to watch the European tour matches. Having read a bit online, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to view PDC TV live in the UK. I risked buying a one day pass for £2.99 and successfully watched the quarters through to the final. Excellent streaming quality on my Windows laptop, no buffering at all. Gets 10/10 from me and I’ll be back!

Purchased a year's subscription thankfully I used Zippay to do that so it couldn't automatically renew. Only get highlights of matches because I'm in Australia and the games are played while I'm asleep. I can get that much from watching YouTube. On many occasions PDCtv didn't even load up the highlights of recent matches for up to a week later and I had already found it on YouTube. Not a good service for the price. Personally between YouTube and Kayo I get all the matches so the subscription to PDCtv is a waste of money. I just wish Australia would have better coverage of full matches played in Europe tours rather than just highlights. Not all Australians are into Aussie rules or cricket!

Is it not time to retire the antique mega mouth Referee roaring 180s for years and years. Even during Covid with no spectators this mega mouth was still at it roaring. Every time I see him reffing a match I turn off the channel and God knows I pay Sky enough every month for Sky Sports. Hopefully Barry Hearn gets out as well, well past his time to retire. Looking at the reviews on here it seems a lot of unhappy Customers. Darts has modernised, these 2 antiques have to go for the good of the game.

Ordered a PDC.tv subscription last year to buy tickets for the world championships, got the tickets ok but received an email last week saying they'd taken for another years membership. No warning this was going to happen, nothing obvious when I signed up, contacted them to request a refund and was basically told to kick rocks. Enjoy the extra £50, last time PDC is getting money out of me.

PDC tickets - A complete scam. They take your £50 annual membership and you dont get a chance to purchase tickets. There is no telephone number to call for help and any email sent gets a standard response directing you back to their website.

Why do the PDC let ticket sales out to a joke of a company. Tried booking tickets to world championships through see tickets and got all the way to the processing payment page then got kicked out without my tickets. Event is sold out now . Both companies are a joke..

Connection and buffering very bad. Does'nt matter if I log in via Wifi, Cable, in the UK, in Germany, the connection is very bad. Since we are paying for this service, one would think they could give us better quality. Very sad. I think I might be cancelling my subscription.

Worst tard show! They cant start, at the time the show starts. Then under the match, you loose connection. And miss alot, because you have set it all up again! Then their customer service, os none exsisting! And how hard would it be, to show someting. In the breaks?? Show some clips or interveiws from darts. And freaking start on time, lost a whole match. Terrible. Bought a years subscription thinking I could watch full matches after the event as I live in Australia and most events take place while I'm sleeping. Instead all you get is highlights that are freely available on YouTube with no events available on demand. I asked for a refund and was denied.

Customer service was terrible as well. The person I emailed could not use punctuation in the emails. No commas, no full stops, nothing. I do not recommend, in fact I feel like I have been robbed of over $100.

Booked pdc.tv to watch the Nordic darts masters - „content is not available in your country“. Are you serious ? You take my money in 0.5 seconds but don’t have the decency to tell the customers beforehand that your service only seems to work in Africa lmao

What a complete waste of time trying to get tickets, even in your own home town, and that was within minutes or trying to book through there so called, 'Priority Booking'

For 3 years I've been trying to get tickets for the Winter Gardens in Blackpool, even advertising the event and dates freely in my hotel here in Blackpool, for what...... Certainly wont be bothering again. Unfortunately, the PDA are only interested in Corporate sales and its own subscribed membership sales, not the public who support the players and game, and who keep the game so popular.
I can now understand all the bad reviews they are given, and now add mine to their ever growing list.

Daylight robbery, paid for monthly subscription in uk only to find out afterwards that full coverage as advertised actual means no coverage of events in the uk, it purposely advertises in a way to mislead uk customers and then refuse a refund saying it clearly state that uk coverage is restricted, even though it is in tiny writing above a the subscription banner stating full coverage. absolutely disgraceful done purely to fleece customers

Well paid for 1 months subscription for Uk, Ireland and Netherlands only to find out you cant receive transmission for the Grand Slam televised from Wolverhampton Nov 2021. I sent a email immediately to state this and asked for a refund.

Unfortunately we're unable to process a refund for you at this time as it is clearly stated in multiple places on the website that televised events cannot be broadcast within the UK & Netherlands due to broadcasting rights restrictions.

Shockingly bad. I wasn't expecting Sky Sports quality production but this is a joke. Should now be enjoying Gerwen v Huybrechts on board one as advertised by the commentator but board 1 stream is dead. Quality of picture is terrible. Massive wait times between games. No coherence as to who will be playing on what board when. Sometimes it's mentioned sometimes it isn't forcing you to flick between 2 dead air screens just to see what arrives. Must have to be a real PDC fan boy to put up with this. Won't be resubscribing. Commentator on board 2 now describing something to us that we couldn't see because the stream was dead. Also like the review below states there's no way to unsubscrice even after emailing them. They just send you a link that doesn't work how they say it does, as it needs to be in desktop mode of course they don't tell you that and it's only cancellation of auto renew anyway. They seem unaware of the cooling off period under the law. There's also lots of adverts which of course isn't mentioned when you press the subscribe button and is a total mickey take as the adverts play in glorious HD whilst the stream plays in poor quality.

Even after repeteadly pointing out that I'm in my cooling off period and entitled to a refund they just keep sending out the same email telling me my auto renewal has been switched off which I already know because I'd already switched it off. These people are thieves.

Now today we've had half an hour of test cards then the odd darts match thrown in, this isn't darts streaming, it's test card streaming, with a tiny bit of darts.

Great world match play tournament in Blackpool. The organisation of the event and the security team, the whole lot was 5 star. Can’t wait until next year
