The best thing about my PCSP workstation is that I don't even think about it. Once I got it installed and configured, it just works brilliantly every day.
The option to custom-build a refurbished workstation to my specifications was what sold me.
I figure I got a $2500 workstation for $800. what's not to love.

Overall, the experience has been great so far. Staff is responsive and the parts warranty was upheld.

The Server I ordered had a bad backplane, so I was able to test the warranty and parts replacement early on. Although I wasn't thrilled about the bad part, it is better to go through the process early now and not later. It was just bad luck.

The replacement came as promised, I was able to install, and the server came up easily. The staff was again, responsive and helpful during this process which ultimately is why didn't hinder my overall impressions.

The sales staff is also patient and responsive. I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Great computer. I had another computer that didn't have enough RAM for multitrack recording but so far this one seems to work really well.

If you're looking for affordable hardware in a volatile market and aren't sure where to start, PCSP is a great option. I've placed several orders with them ranging from a couple of sticks of RAM to a full server build out. I only had one small issue with an item delay, but their customer service was super communicative throughout the process and made it right in the end. Absolutely zero hesitation recommending them to anyone!

Can't say it enough, incredible customer service at every turn. They went out of their way to answer all my questions, technical and otherwise, to ensure I got what I was looking for. Will definitely buy from them again next time.

i have ordered several times from pc server and parts. i always get a quality products at a good price. i know when i order from pcsp i get what i order. over several years i have ordered from them multiple times and never had any problem. i have ordered 3 hp z840. 1 hp dl380 gen9. 2 hp z620. 5 hp z420. every one comes in a timely manner and exactly as described on their website or even their ebay ads. i have ordered from others and ended up not getting what i wanted. so i end up coming back to a trusted source for parts. thank you for providing me with great workstations and servers over the years.

PCServerAndParts customer service is absolutely excellent, their prices are industry-leading, and their shipping times are great. I haven't stopped recommending them to my friends in the market for a custom PC since I received mine this past Spring!

The computer did not boot. I resolved that issue then a few weeks later the graphics card failed. The response was excellent. He sent me a new card now the computer is powered but windows does not boot. Also it is set up in an RAID configuration that I did not ask for nor do I want I called them and was told that they had no way to control that. So I do not know how RAID got installed on my computer. Overall, I am satisfied with their customer service and very dissatisfied with their product.

I ordered a second Dell 3420 workstation as a backup system, and it came properly, worked fine right out of the box. Later, I realized that it didn't have a DVD-ROM drive with it, and called and asked if one was available. They said, sure, $24, shipped right out with correct install bracket. I was very happy with the whole experience.

I have purchase 4 Servers, and mothers board, including other Computer hard ware from this company. I am very happy with the company and the way they show customer service. They have really been good to work with.

The server I bought arrived in pristine condition, exterior and interior. The configuration was a bit shaky but after one or two calls, the guys at PCSP were able to send a replacement part and it worked just fine. They have a large selection of pre-owned high quality servers, it's to be trusted.

PCSP shipped our order across the country via freight. Every device arrived in excellent condition because it was so carefully packed. The workstations we ordered, arrived on time and in the expected configurations (no errors).
