So angry, ignoring my emails and messages!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!! SCAMMERS!!

Very disappointed! The advertising a mug with a camera lens’s shape and in reality is jut an average mug with a cheap painted image and the name you requested.
Stay away from that Cheap Chinese Company.
They are using a company from USA to make the orders but the packaging is from China.
The customer service is very delayed and not accurate.

I ordered a $25 personalized pet ID tag in mid-May. There was no communication then it finally showed up 5-6 weeks after the order was placed. The item looked really nice but after just 5 weeks of my dog wearing it, the engraving of my phone number has completely worn away and the address is almost unreadable. I sent them a photo two days ago and I just received email telling me they will replace the tag at no cost. I’m hopeful.

Dnt waste your time or money. I ordered a keychain im still waiting for. Their policy says 7-12 day I ordered on the 16th, its the 29th.
There carrier information state We use trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to deliver your packages. LiEs!!! The tracking number say China!!!
I wish I would have check the reviews before purchasing. This came is a scam! They do not customize the product, they take your order and have China do the work for cheap!! Which reflects the previous reviews of badly made items.

The product received was grossly inferior to the pictures of the product advertised. Do not waste your time or money.

No communication! No email to let you know your product is confirmed, paid and what the status of shipping is! I ordered beginning of June 2026 and it's July 6th and no communication. How long does it take to put a name on a $1 mug that i paid $35 for. Ready to dispute this transaction with my bank!! Dont buy from this company! Only 1 positive review!!

Same as many others - ordered a mug for my dressmaking crazy friend- looked 3D in picture with a lovely onyx background.
What arrived was a cheaply printed mug which cost £28
“Personalisation” is a joke - you can hardly see the name! A complete rip- off!!

Ordered a mug. It arrived safely but looked nothing like the picture. Would not have bought it if I’d seen the mug first.

Extremely cheaply made toys. I paid good money for them and my dog had three of them unstuffed in 45 minutes. The remaining two I didn't even give her. They all ended up in the garbage. After 45 minutes of use. L I would not recommend them at all. Don't waste your money

Absolute garbage! Paid £19 +£6 shipping for what was depicted and described as a stained glass mug. What I got was cheap rubbish and nothing like what was shown on their website.

Don’t order from this company! They are just a middle man and get the item from China. Then when I emailed about when it would be delivered they said there was a delay because of Father’s Day……lies. It’s delayed because it’s coming from China. Just order on SHEIN and it will come faster!!

I was expecting a canvas ready to hang and it came rolled up like a poster! The person who received it has to buy a frame.

My experience with Pawpowpet was pretty positive overall. The website was simple to navigate and placing the order didn’t take long. I ordered a personalized item and it turned out really nice.

When it arrived, it looked just like the pictures and the quality was better than I expected. It also made a thoughtful gift. I’d definitely consider buying from them again.

What went wrong: As soon as I gave the bear to my dog, she tore it apart in three different places within five minutes! I tried calling, but no one answered—the phone just rings. I also left two detailed messages in their message box, and they still haven’t responded. Please don’t waste your time or money on this product—and, more importantly, on this company. Buyer beware—I will never purchase from them again.

SCAM ALERT! They do not accept returns and their customer service line just rings and rings and no one ever answers. Ordered 3 "unbreakable" toys from them that my puppy destroyed in minutes. Sent pics and asked for a refund and they stopped responding. They DO NOT offer any customer support. Straight up scam.

Do not do business with this company. I ordered Christmas ornaments and the product they sent me, I could have 3D printed at home. I tried to return and after initial response, they stopped responding. I reported them the BBB and they responded with 15% off my next purchase.

Do not do business with this firm! After contacting the firm to clarify some very specific features on their dog seat cover for SUVs; that the cover will fit a Mercedes GLS 450 SUV with captains seat and works for two 70 lbs dogs, the rep assured me it would work, so I purchased it. It’s reasonably well made. However, it DOES NOT fit captains chairs, nor is is strong enough for two 70 lbs dogs. The customer service tried several times to convince me it fit our needs, sent videos, asked me to send videos and photos, when I told them I want to return it for a full refund, they stopped responding and disappeared. No
one answers the phone line in Colorado posted to their website. I filed with my credit card for fraud and refund. There is a similar tale described on the Colorado Better Business Bureau.
