The first 8 panel dog pen we ordered was unacceptable. The DPD driver claimed to have attempted delivery, but didn’t. When we finally received it, one of the panels was crushed.
We since returned the damaged pen and re-ordered. At 1900 BST, we received a notification from DPD they attempted delivery at 1358 and will deliver “another time”. Our security gates record all rings. We were home at the time, and no DPD delivery attempt was made.
We have 9 puppies in need of an enclosure and thanks to the ineptitude of DPD, Pawhut’s chosen courier, we still don’t have one!
DPD is consistently notorious for poor service to our home. This is not the first time “delivery was attempted” whilst we’ve been at home and have digital evidence no attempt was made. Packages are also frequently left outside our security gates with no attempt to ring the buzzer to deliver the package 20
meters further to our front door.

I bought a PawHut 80L automatic litter tray which has litter bags and a perfume/aromatherapy with it. The litter tray itself is great but when I've contacted PawHut to find out where I can get the litter bags and aromatherapy again they just say they don't know and it comes with the initial litter tray which is really weird! The customer service has been terrible so I'll just have to find ways to refill the items myself.
I bought a small animal double decker…
I bought a small animal double decker outdoor hutch. There was a split in the wood where one of the screws, they had inserted had split it, so I had to glue that. Then I discovered a split in another section, and when I was inserting a screw into another part the wood inside split and a knot fell out, so that had to be glued too.
By far the most difficult bit to do was the bracket that holds the lid up. There were no pre made holes or any clue on the wood, as to where it needed positioning for the hinge to clear the side when shut. I had to reposition it 3 times!
The hinges on the back are a bit flimsy and fiddly to fit under the overhang at the back.
I would have liked a bit more overhang at the front for protection too.
Some of the pieces are well made, others are a bit shoddy. It looks ok, so I hope it stands up to the weather. suppose I shouldn’t expect perfection for the price.
I already have a Pawhut indoor cage, the cage part doesn’t quite fit into the run part, so it’s a bit wonky but does the job.

Came with no screws, no feet, and just absolutely awfully packed when arriving with me. They clearly DO NOT check their returns before re selling and have mugged me off big time ! I was supposed to be having my puppies today and they can’t come now because of this absolute awful company screwing up my order! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - also reporting this company as now I have to wait until 13th march just for my money back- absolute con!!

Brought a outdoor cat huts. The wood was painted so poorly, it won't last a winter season.
The hinges were fixed on wonky & the base plate was also poorly painted & had no middle support.
For £60, an absolute mess!!
Contacted customer service, their response was "thank you for your painting suggestion ".

Rubbish product and company
We purchased a paw hut large stroller in November 2025 and used it once. Today when folding the stroller flat. The left arm joint snapped. Having rang paw hut today I discovered they do not stock spare parts 18 months old and no spare parts. Poop to say the least
A beautiful stroller
I purchased the stroller for my medium sized pup because she has hip dysplasia and poops out on me during our walks I did some research and found this stroller it arrived and the front wheel had a problem so I called the company. They mistakenly sent me the wrong wheel and when they realized it sent me a whole new unit. Their customer service is impeccable the people are kind and friendly I would never hesitate to buy from them again I wish the rest of the businesses that I deal with had the customer service that this company does.
Faulty parts not replaced
Received a PawHut cat tree as a gift. 1 of the 3 joining bolts was incorrect -threading/visibly different to the other two. Asked for a replacement, sending photos to show the tree was brand new & the in/correct bolts. As other reviewers have found, customer service refuse to support their product without order details and I didn't want to involve the purchaser. I can't understand why a company would not see gifting as a valuable introduction to their products - provided that any.faults are rectified easily/promptly.

Casetas nuevas y ya para reformarlas por completo: madera, pintura, detalles, cortes, etc.

I bought my puppy a crate I bought one of the higher end end table ones as I wanted my boy to be comfortable however a week or so again my poor boy managed to get his nose stuck in one of the gaps, howling like a good un , I managed to free him but am now super paranoid about leaving him in case it happens again in my abscence.I decided to contact paw hut customer services because sorry this product is dangerous and I wasn't happy, the customer service was atrocious,as well as the product, I didnt buy direct from their website I bought from a third party company, there for they asked for the order number and tracking number which I provided, today I had an email saying it can't be proved it was one of their products, it is it is there in black and white, the customer care is awful not so much as an apology or an inquiry into the welfare of my puppy, not to mention the insinuation that I am a liar...vile

Diabolical customer service
We purchased a Pawhut pet stroller a little over 2 years ago, paying over £100 via an online supplier. It has had little use, as our dog is generally too nervous when placed in it, but we persevere! A few weeks ago one of the small spring clips broke, so I emailed Pawhut via their service@ address, advising of the problem, providing pictures of the part and where it fitted, and asking them to confirm price for replacement. The first reply simply requested I send them the original order number, to which I advised the unit was purchased via third party, and we no longer have original receipt as its not under warranty, so we are not asking for FOC replacement of parts, just the cost for them to supply. The next response then asked for the product model number or sku code, which I managed to find via their website, although, from the pictures I originally sent, it looked obvious which model it was, anyway, surely now I would get a positive response? Next reply from them again asked for the original order number to be provided, stating that, ' without which, we cannot help you '. I responded, reiterating I had not purchased direct from them, but via third party retailer, whom Pawhut clearly had as a trading supplier. Again, I stated this was not a warranty claim, and surely they must have a service / technical department that exists to support all products, pretty logical for any company selling to consumers, to not have a process that facilitates such a fundamental expectation, is simply unacceptable. So, I get another response stating they are sorry I feel that way, but they need the order number, without which, they cannot help me. I replied, asking for contact details of someone in a senior position, not surprisingly, no reply. What a joke. This is a simple £2-3 part, a mere spring clip, similar to those used to hold tent poles together, they must have hundreds of these things stocked as part of their manufacturing process. I am not expecting it gratis, just a simple price to supply and post out in tiny jiffy bag, but no, NO ORDER NUMBER, NOT INTERESTED. I don't have original receipt, as stated, but could easily verify purchase via bank statement, as it feels like they don't believe i even own the stroller, despite pictures. For now, the stroller is stuck in the garage and unless we buy another unit, no longer outdoor walks for the dog. AVOID PAWHUT, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST

If I could give 0, It would be fare point, As it has been faulty from the start: the sensor never worked correctly and the unit stopped cleaning after a few cycles.

Absolutely diabolical excuse of a company, called customer service for help setting up and connecting to the App, was very rudely told I’d have to wait for an email from china and there was no one in customer services that could help me! What’s the point having a customer service team if they can’t help you? Sending item back and purchasing from another company

Bought a pawhut cage labelled for bunny/ guinea pigs. It smells mouldy and was covered in what looked like fibre glass. Then at the pet shop they said it's not in line with RSPCA home needs for any of the names animals. What a waste and dangerously promoted product
Qualité pitoyable
Je n’ai pas commandé directement depuis ce site car je suis en Suisse mais par un intermédiaire. Cela étant dit quand enfin (après plus d’un mois) j’ai reçu ma commande, je n’avais jamais rien vu de si mauvaise qualité.
Le bois n’en est pas, il doit y avoir plus de colle ou je ne sais quoi que de bois. Les vis sont tellement de mauvaises qualités qu’une à cassé. On a fini par mettre des à nous. Vraiment une qualité honteuse, surtout pour le prix!
Ordered and paid but never delivered
I ordered and paid a chicken cottage on August 17th 2023. Since that I never received anything. The tracking link stopped on november 20th. No answer to all of my enquiries. I will go to the french police in order to be at least refunded.
