Paul was amazing from the very start of my rhinoplasty journey, he took everything I wanted into consideration and really listened to me, he made me feel calm leading up to the procedure and left me with results that are far better than I could of ever imagined. So happy with my results. Used Paul Wilson 9 years ago for my first breast implants, after developing capsular contraction (common chronic complication) I decided to get them changed and upsize slightly. I am so happy with the results. Couldn’t recommend the whole experience more. St Joseph’s hospital was lovely. Great after care too.

Retired, 76 years old, hooded eyes and very depressed!! I read an article on the internet about bilateral upper and lower Blepharoplasty my husband suggested to me “what would you like to do go on a cruise or have your eyes done”? So I searched the net for a consultant surgeon and found Mr Paul Wilson. WOW what a difference!! Not only in my appearance, I have more confidence, it’s like a new lease of life.

After years of indecision I finally arranged an appointment to see a surgeon to discuss having Blepharoplasty surgery. I was very fortunate to arrange an appointment with Mr. Paul Wilson who immediately put me at ease. Explaining exactly the procedure, what to expect at every stage and the recovery period. The staff at St.Joseph’s were professional, and caring who totally understood any anxiety I might have had and were very kind. I was not kept waiting and from admittance to discharge took approx 3 hrs. The surgery itself taking around 30 minutes. Everything went just as promised at my initial consultation with no pain during the healing process. I’m absolutely delighted with the results my only regret is not having it done sooner. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Wilson to anyone. From start to finish the service that I received was excellent.

Mr wilson is the best surgeon for forehead reduction. I had forhead reduction surgery 7 weeks ago. It can take 6-12 months for full results (hair growing in over scar). So far I am really pleased with the results. The aftercare has been amazing. I've had about 6 aftercare appointments for no extra fee. Mr Wilson is very fast to respond to any calls or emails even when I emailed late on a Friday before a bank holiday weekend! Fantastic after care.
The surgery itself is quite brutal I'm not going to sugar coat it. I think because I've never had surgery before and I shocked at how painful it actually was. However the care I got at at josephs hosptial was incredible. I got plenty of pain relief and I felt very safe and calm there. All the staff made me feel safe and cared for.
Mr Wilson came to see me soon as I woke up and again in the morning. The results were even better than I could have hoped for. He is the best at this type of surgery.
I have two very young kids and post operatively I was too sore and swollen to look after them for 5-7days. Your going to need help at home if your like me.
The wound healed in 2-3 weeks and I was back at work at 4 weeks. (I choose to take a month off) some people report healing quicker and go to work after 2 weeks.
I am now waiting for the scar to lighten which takes a few months. And I lost a tiny amount of hair on one part of the scar (less than cm) so that will take a while to grow back. Mr Wilson informed me that this can happen but it is temporary.
If I ever had surgery again I will be sure to choose Paul wilson 100%

I had a procedure done with Paul the start of this year and I can't begin to explain how happy I am with the whole experience! Paul was absolutely amazing throughout and made me feel at ease from start to finish. I had quite bad capsular contracture from previous implants done many years ago and needed them replaced. I chose Paul and St Joseph's. From the outset Paul was professional and very experienced in what was required and I had no hesitation in having the procedure done with him. I couldn't be happier with the improvement in the look and feel, I'm amazed and delighted at the job he's done. St Joseph's were amazing too and made me feel completely at ease.

I had a breast reduction and lift after spending years with the burden of large breasts. Paul took time to fully explain the procedure, all the risks and answer all of my questions. He showed me before and afters photos and helped me to decide the end result I was looking to achieve. Paul took me down to a C cup which is exactly what I was looking for, I’m so happy with the results.

Paul did such a lovely job for me and am really happy with the results. Everything went really smoothly from start to finish.Paul understood exactly what I was worried about and wanted improving upon. I was well cared for in hospital and recovered well.

I am now 2 months post breast augmentation and I am SO HAPPY with my results. I went for 375CC silicone moderate plus breast implants placed sub facially as recommended by Paul. It has been a seamless experience so far. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Paul made me feel very comfortable and was happy to answer any questions I had. My recovery was a breeze. I was back weightlifting from 6 weeks post op and returned to work a week later. I felt really reassured throughout the whole procedure. My new breasts are everything I imagined ! I am utterly delighted to be writing this review, as my experience with Paul has been nothing but exceptional. I carefully researched plastic surgeons and, after reading many reviews, decided that Mr Paul Wilson was the one for me….and am extremely happy that I did! I have just left Paul’s office at St.Joseph’s Hospital following a post surgical check up, and have literally not stopped smiling, the before and after photos do not lie. The results of my tummy tuck, with liposuction and muscle repair are simply amazing, and after only just over 3 weeks, I am ecstatic with my new, vastly improved shape. After following all Paul’s advice, my recovery has been speedy and completely uneventful…I feel great! From my initial consultation, to the actual surgery and post surgical reviews, I have found Paul to be very patient, reassuring, professional yet relaxed, and extremely good at what he does best…change lives! Paul is incredible, I’m so happy with my surgery results. I had a chin implant as my facial profile needed balancing after a previous surgery I had elsewhere. I knew a chin implant would fix my issue but even now can’t believe the difference it has made.The results are brilliant, I feel so much more confident now with my lower face.
