The que times were 5 minutes or under. The park was clean. Even the toilets were clean. The food was good and the restaurant were tidy, all the staff was friendly. I highly recommend visiting if you haven’t before it was such a food day

Fantastic day out with our 1 year old on her 1st birthday. First time I have been since I was a child myself. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back a lot more now

Superb Park
It is always amazing to return to Paultons Park. So much to do and new things discovered each time I visit. Great day out with family and kids. Adult rides are great too. Clean park so I feel safe visiting with very little kids.

We had such an amazing day at Paultons Park and honestly couldn’t fault it.
As a family with an autistic child, finding places that are truly SEN-friendly can be challenging—but this park exceeded our expectations. The whole environment felt calm, well-organised, and genuinely accommodating. The queue times were very short, which made a huge difference for us. We didn’t even need to use our Ride Access Pass, as we were able to get on rides quickly and without stress.
The cleanliness of the park really stood out too. All the facilities were spotless, including the accessible toilets, which were well-maintained, fresh, and comfortable to use—something that makes a big difference for families like ours.
Overall, it was such a fun, relaxed day out with none of the usual stress. Everything just felt easy and enjoyable from start to finish.
We’ll 100% be coming back and would highly recommend it, especially for families with SEN children.

Absolutely loved this place
Absolutely loved this place. Kids had a great time. Park is clean and the staff are helpful. Food is a bit overpriced but I packed snacks for the day to cover big expenditures

Experience at pultons park
I recently visited Paultons Park and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The park itself is incredibly well-maintained, with a great variety of rides and attractions suitable for all ages. Everything felt clean, organised, and thoughtfully designed, which made the whole day really enjoyable.
What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional level of customer service throughout the park. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, which really made a difference.
In particular, I’d like to highlight the team at the Wild Forest Restaurant. There was a man in a blue shirt and a girl who was using a crutch, both of them went out of their way to help us on Saturday with our child who has specific dietary requirements. They took the time to listen carefully, checked ingredients, and made sure everything was safe and suitable. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made everyone feel completely at ease and very well looked after.
It’s rare to come across service that feels so personal and considerate, and they truly made the visit even more special.
Overall, I highly recommend Paultons Park—not just for the attractions, but for the outstanding people who make the experience so memorable.

Such a great family day out. Something for everyone to enjoy. The Park is so clean and tidy. Short queue times (the longest we waited was 25 mins during Easter school holidays, but most queues were under 10 mins).

My experience with my daughter at the…
My experience with my daughter at the Paultons Park was amazing. I have a 3yr old daughter and she loved every part of the peppa pig experience. I expected queues to be longer seeing the amount of people on the park but queues went by fairly quick whicg was good. All rides were great for the kids also the outside park and the indoor ball pit park. Everything has been really well thought out. I really recommend this park to anyone with young kids.

Fantastic for all ages
Paultons park has been a family favourite of ours for 30+ years. My brother and I would go regularly as children, and now we’re taking his children there too. There are rides to suit every member of the family, from a 1 year old (under 85cm) to a granny with a dodgy hip and motion sickness! And there are plenty of play areas where one adult can watch children play whilst other adults go on bigger rides the kids aren’t so keen on, although many of the bigger rides are safe for even quite small children!
We visited on the Saturday of the Easter bank holiday and although the park felt busy, the longest we waited for any ride was 20 minutes but mister were just 5 minutes.
Plenty of toilets dotted about, and very family friendly with kids loo seats in every stall and toilets in the baby change area too.
I’ve even visited just as a group of adults and there was still plenty to do!
The people giving bad reviews obviously don’t know what a good family theme park is. Yes, the entry can be pricey for larger groups, with anyone over 1meter tall paying the same price, but considering how many rides even toddlers can go on, I’d say that’s fair. And it’s obvious to see where the money is going, the park is well maintained and has immaculate gardens and landscaping throughout. Even the staff on the car park means no need to do laps searching for a space. We would all love to have cheaper days out, but that’s just not realistic these days with so many staff to pay the wages for etc.
There is a wide variety of eateries, or ample space to eat your own picnic, which is what we chose to do.
Highly recommended to all ages.

The park was clean and well kept, staff were polite and friendly.
Queue times on a bank holiday weekend were only 20/30min max!

Perfect family day out
Perfect family day out. We love Paultons. It is the perfect day out for a family with younger children. Peppa Pig is obviously a huge draw for the little ones but there is so much more to the park than that. Great family coasters and other rides across a range of themes. Personally I love the dinosaurs. The queues are never that bad (away from Peppa) so you really get to try everything and have a full day out. Plus everything is so clean and well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. They are really doing things right!

My Son who has additional needs really…
My Son who has additional needs really loves visiting paultons park and will head straight to Peppa Pig World. He is in a wheelchair but we have no problem getting a wheelchair assist wristband that helps him get on rides faster as he doesn’t understand waiting and it saves us from him having meltdowns. The staff are very understanding and helpful. We went on the train ride twice which Denise was driving and she came over to talk to us which was lovely. If we saw the train going past we would wave and she would always wave back to my Son too. We had such a lovely day.

Great for young families
Clean facilities, great themes, friendly staff, good wait times (really quiet for Easter weekend), queues mostly sheltered/part sheltered (great for unpredictable weather). Could do with some more rides between “little ones” and “adult” for the kids in between. Lovely setting with manicured grounds and great play areas. The main restaurant closes a bit early but there’s lots of other food outlets.
Stayed with the park/hotel package previously but was really disappointed in the hotel (Botley MacDonald) and others were too far away to be considered close (we also didn’t have to travel that far anyway). This time booked separate Premier Inn and park tickets and made a weekend of other local activities. The kids definitely wanted another park day though and I did wish there was a better option for this.
