Birthday Gift
Purchased the ring for my wife for get birthday. She only wore it onceand it became bent / muss shaped. Tried contacting the company several times to see about a warranty repair but could never get any response. For s company that stands behind their product and warranty they sure have a crazy way for showing it. Poor customer service

Happy With My Purchase!
I chose Paula Max jewelry for my ring purchase because of the warranty that they offered and that the ring was plated in rhodium. I also chose Paula Max jewelry because of the personalization options that weren't offered at any other website. Very happy with my ring! It arrived quickly and was well packaged.
