Paul Smith Kenton shoes, I bought two pairs of slip on and two lace ups as they look amazing. However the soles separate from the shoe, it’s happened to 3 pairs so far and the 4th pair is not looking great. The shoes look great but beware very Poor build quality

I love Paul Smith clothing. But washing the jumpers is a nightmare. The labels says 30degrees. I washed at 20. And again - massive shrinkage in the arms. I’ve had to resort to fabric conditioner baths to try and stretch the arms back out. This is the 4th jumper that has done the same thing. sooooo frustrating! Why bother with the initial layout? Dry clean is maybe the only solution. But an expensive one! I’m not happy. Buyer beware!

this is a total joke of a company and shoe, I worn them for around 3 months and they got so damaged to the point the whole shoe just fell apart. I only hour them about 3 hours a week only to go out with the dog.
Nothing crazy, not every day, just 3 small dog walks a a day and the sandals was just a joke of quality.
They even made me start to bleed the first week because of the quality contorol of the plastic edges was so bad, super sharp. Don't buy from here.

Paul Smith refused to exchange suit trousers for the correct size. Despite utterly worthless words and "we value your feedback" remards there is no reward for loyalty. A longstanding customer who is now motivated to try the competition where possible. Customer service has disappointed on a massive scale!

Great customer service
I bought a Paul Smith jacket a couple of months ago and had a problem with dye fading on one of the sleeves.
I contacted their customer service on the basis there was nothing to lose but I was fully expecting the usual pathetic excuses followed by silence (looking at you, Ben Sherman).
Within 24 hours I got a really helpful response from Joshua in customer services. I sent him a photo of the garment, he contacted the production team and a couple of days later he came back saying there obviously was a fault and offering me a replacement.
I got the new jacket yesterday and it's great.
Absolutely fantastic service from a really helpful guy. Acknowledged a problem and quickly fixed it.

Purchased a very expensive towelling robe for my husband in signature Paul Smith stripes.the quality is appalling.After a couple of wears the towelling started to break down around the collar and it has pulls all over it.Ready for the rubbish bin after one winter.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of this luxury brand which has no business in any upscale mall.
Return not possible without printer
Paul Smith is suppose to have a 14 days FREE return that is advertized to be PAPERLESS. However, returning is not possible unless you have a possibility to print out their return label.
The customer service (JAMES) claims that returning is on customers responsibilty and does not facilitate return if customer does not have a priting possibility. I assume that this violates EU customer protection laws on returning products.

Purchased a men's towel bathroom robe for just over £200 and after having worn it about ten times, guess what, the toweling started to fray around the collar and threads started to come out throughout the robe.
Very simply, a prime example of people purchasing a brand name which quality and endurance of wear does not matter or apply anymore. It seems that most, not all, brand names now favour cheap labour and materials for a higher profit and ineffect mugging off the consumer. Quality and reliability do not matter these days. I would never again purchase any more of Mr Smith's merchandise unless he and his company go back to the beginning and his roots and use the same agenda he had from the start. Common sense surely prevails if more and more purchasers are not happy with the quality of the product. Profit is not everything. Have respect for your followers.

As an avid purchaser of Paul Smith socks over the past decade. I’ve just received the pairs I’ve ordered. They aren’t even a 3rd of the thickness of the old ones. A shameful example of cost cutting and fleecing customers who expect what they pay for. Thanks Paul but I won’t be buying again.
Poor Quality and Used Jacket
I ordered two pieces from Paul Smith and surprisingly I received used goods that were worn. The quality of the clothing is mediocre for the price they sell the clothes for. I will not buy clothes at any price point from them again.

Extremely disappointed. Poor quality. I ordered the newly released Rapha+Paul Smith pro team cycling shoes which were suppose to be a Birthday gift for my husband who is a frequent shopper in both stores.
I went into store to collect them and as the sales assistant opened the box the shoes arrived with the Paul smith logo half rubbed off on the back of the ankle.
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality. I did not expect this for the price you’re paying and will not recommend this item to anybody.

From my first day stepping into a Paul Smith store at Beak Street Soho, I have always received an amazing service. I recently dropped off my trousers at the Covent Garden store, and the level of service I received from both Tanguy and Nuria was absolutely exceptional. They were polite, helpful and exceeded my expectations to ensure I received my trousers the next day.

Purchased a pair of trainers which were completely unfit for purpose. The back heal of the shoe was too high and rubbed so much that the skin tore and my heal was bleeding after wearing them for just 10 minutes!
