Order a garden chair and they never arrived

Didn't receive the items. Had tracking which gave you hope then random email saying it had been delivered while we were home.
Paid through PayPal who were great in getting my money back.
Raised a ticket with patio luxe as per their process but no response at all.
Awful company do not deal with.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a patio chair and parcel that arrived today is a small envelope with a small green cross in it. Definitely not a patio chair. Currently disputing the payment with my bank !!

Do not trust this company. 3 chairs bought and a month later 3 small crosses received

Ordered two rocking patio chairs 30th May. The order should have been discounted for buying two, but it did not.

I emailed them stating this and I had a response stating they would address it and reimburse me the difference in 7 days.

I checked delivery status two weeks later and it states it was still being processed.

Numerous emails sent to customer service asking about my order, had no response to any of my emails.

Received my bank statement today and the original payment has gone out and no reimbursement for the difference.

Now contacting Barclay Card to report this scam and get my money back!

Total scam. Ordered 3 patio rocking chairs. No communication.. nothing.. How can we stop 🛑 these scammers?

Really wish I had read the reviews before hand. Placed my order nearly a month ago with absolutely zero communication when asking for updates. Unlike other people I haven’t actually yet received anything and will have to waste my time going through my bank for a refund as I highly doubt they will respond! Disgrace of a company! Ordered 2 garden chairs. Reminded me that if something is too good to be true then it is!

Please please avoid! It’s a scam!!! I have ordered a chair and order randomly created additional 4 chairs… I received an envelope with some random rubbish in it. Unrelated to my order. Raising this as a dispute with my bank. Please be aware- a well known scam!

SCAM COMPANY!!!! They will take your money and run with no way of contacting them. I wish like others on here that I had looked them up on this before I ordered two garden rocking chairs. Complete scam artists and tik tok should be doing due diligence but obviously not. I hope they l choke on all the money they stole the rats!!

Saw them on TikTok decided to buy 2 patio chairs and got scammed. Took a month to come and I received 3 tiny blue crosses. Absolutely fuming. Going through my bank to try and get my money back

Absolute rip off never received my chairs wont reply to emails valid lesson learnt. Never buy from this company

Ordered a rocking chair waited four weeks for delivery and for a silver and green cross. Totally scammed and shouldn’t be able to advertise on Facebook

I originally ordered three patio “Rocket” chairs, but instead I received four inexpensive cross pendants that are not what I ordered.
I’m really annoyed, as I saw this advertised on social media and everything appeared genuine, including the website, right up until delivery day. When the parcel arrived today, it contained four small, cheap crosses instead of the items I paid for. I’m absolutely gutted.
I have now reported this to Action Fraud and my bank.

Utter scam. Received one single bead in the post. And of course customer service don’t respond.

Same as all the reviews I ordered 3 rocking chairs and reviewed 3 green cross charms. Total scam. I only looked here after I experienced this today. Upset and disappointed

This website is a scam and I have reported them to shopify as a scammer. My wife ordered two patio chairs and we received 4 very small cross bracelet charms.

This is a scam company ordered patio chairs received metal badges they deserved to be arrested for fraud

Terrible company! Never Buy from these people. Order never arrived!
