Hi Jason,

Thank you for being a loyal customer and for sharing your honest feedback. While we're glad to hear you’ve typically had great service from Path, we sincerely apologize that the masking on your recent order didn't meet our usual "pixel-perfect" standards, especially regarding the shallow depth of field.

Following your review, our team investigated the consistency of the masks and made the necessary corrections. We have already resent the updated files to you. We are also refining our internal quality control process for images with soft focus to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

As we strive to provide the best support for your workflow, you might also be interested in our Ghost Mannequin service for any future apparel projects. It’s a great way to give your products a 3D, high-end look.

We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.
