Unfortunately, we were unable to move forward effectively as our questions were not clearly answered and communication remained limited, which made it difficult to resolve the matter together.
As a small business, we always aim to find a solution when issues arise and we remain open to constructive communication at all times. In this case, we ultimately proceeded with a refund to bring the matter to a close.
