For Irish customers: goods are not coming from Ireland so don't expect to receive them on time, even if the nice ppl tell you you will. Although its partycity.IE...the goods are actually coming from the UK! When it finally arrived, the quality of item was not only poor, but the box it came in was squashed so the item was damaged on arrival. There was no bubble wrap or anything to protect the item. Difficult to get through to customer service. I eventually got the money back in my account after a lot of work! Personally, I won't be ordering from this place again.

Poor customer service. Hello my name is Sheila Bailey visited the Party City 1892 Mt.Zion Morrow,Georgia 1 cashier. Two managers no customers in line where they are blowing up Ballons. But where tje cashier is assisting where i am on line 4 customers are more. I asked the young lady is there someone to help assist the cashier you inform me she was a manger. The matter to me is no one should have to ask you to help your cashier it should be given to many people are out of work and in need of a job. Just my thoughts.

I ordered some cocktail glasses from party City in Ireland and was told they'd be delivered 9 days later. Emailed the following day to cancel the order. Got no acknowledgement and the glasses arrived 4 days later.

Emailed to ask why the order wasn't cancelled and to date have received no reply.

Disappointing customer service.

We purchased a pair of number balloons from Party City at Freemont Village Shopping Center, 2109 Hawkins Street, Port Coquitlam on April 22 at 6:50pm for $12.99 each but we saw at Superstore that they’re selling them for only $6 each. We went back to Party City past 8pm to return the balloons but the store was already closed. I called Party City at 10am the following day and spoke to their Supervisor Danielle and she said that we cannot return the balloons. Needless to say that we are very disappointed with their store policy and how poorly Danielle treated us. Other than their products are overly priced, their cashier who sold us the balloons was snotty. She was even busy chit chatting with another cashier behind the counter while we wait for them to ring our purchase. I've searched Google and it seems that Party City is now owned and operated by Canadian Tire, no wonder they have poor customer service. I will never buy a single product from Party City ever again.

Fast delivery but at least 3 out of a 10 pack of balloons had small holes in them so will not order again.

Leider inakzeptabel, der größte Müll den es gibt. Kein Kundenservice, Unfreundlichkeit. Umtauschen ausgeschlossen. Der Käufer bleibt auf den Kosten komplett sitzen.

Was rudely kicked out of the store for not having a mask on when I have a medical condition that does not allow me to have a mask on. The condition was caused my covid it stoped my heart and now I’ve a ICD implanted running my heart so I kno all about the risks of covid.

Bestelling is nog steeds onderweg! De levertijd klopt dus niet! Geen track en tracé gehad en de klantenservice is niet te bellen! Als je een e-mail stuurt reageren ze niet!

My go to for special events and I also like their bulk candies. prices are a bit more expensive than walmart and stupertore but they have a good selection. Cool decorations too and people working there are helpful.

Bestelling gedaan Piñata Heks.
De levertijd zou tussen de 2 en 4 dagen zijn, ik heb het de 6de dag binnen gekregen. TE LAAT.
En dan openmaken en erachter komen dat de Piñata zonder hekse hoed is geleverd, en de Piñata ziet er niet uit.

Jim the manager is always very helpful and cheerful! He as well as other employees and managers at that location consistently offer excellent customer service. They seem to really care about your event and getting you what you would like. When comparing shopping Amazon or other stores this is the place. They have the best product and price as well as great customer service!

Expresslieferung 7.99 Euro dazu gebucht sollte am nächsten Tag kommen kam in vier Tagen. Also reklamiert das ich zumindest Expressl. 7.99 Euro zurück kriege schliesslich wurde die Vereinbarung nicht eingehalten. Im ersten email 4 Euro war net einverstanden und nach einer zweiten email kam die Antwort 3 Euro aus Kulanz. Danke Wenn auch aus welchem Grund etwas nicht möglich ist sollte man das vorher auf der Webseite vermerken notieren oder?

Kann mich den anderen Käufern nur anschließen, die Werbung mit der Express Lieferung scheint täuschend, rechtzeitig bestellt, Express bezahlt und leider nicht rechtzeitig angekommen.
Auf meine Email wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert.

Op 8 februari heb ik een pakket besteld. 2 dagen later kreeg ik een track en trace code van DHL. Bleek het artikel in Duitsland bezorgd te zijn en al in januari verzonden. Dit betrof dus niet mijn pakket. Meerdere keren gemaild, formulieren ingevuld, via facebook getracht contact te zoeken en je krijgt 0 reactie! Het pakket hebben wij helaas nog steeds niet. Mijn dochter haar kinderfeestje is hierdoor bijna verknalt daar wij een unicorn thema hadden besteld. Gelukkig was er een andere website die wel volgens afspraak heeft geleverd. Wat ik heel vervelend vind is dat wij geen pakket van deze partij hebben ontvangen, tot nu toe ook geen geld retour hebben gekregen en geen enkele reactie. Ik voel mij opgelicht!

Op 8 februari een aantal artikelen besteld, er werd aangegeven dat het 2 tot 4 dagen zou duren voordat deze artikelen geleverd zouden worden. Na anderhalve week waren de artikelen nog steeds niet geleverd. Via de website een "ticket" ingediend met de vraag of het bedrijf kon nagaan wanneer de artikelen geleverd zouden worden. Geen reactie. Vervolgens een mail gestuurd met als automatisch antwoord dat er een reactie zou volgen binnen 48 uur. De reactie kwam, maar pas op de dag dat ik de spullen nodig had. Uiteindelijk zijn de artikelen geleverd, maar helaas te laat en had ik het al via een andere website besteld. Vanuit die website kwam het wel netjes binnen twee dagen aan. Meest vervelende vond ik nog dat de klantenservice niet of nauwelijks bereikbaar is (er is ook geen telefoonnummer).

This company does not deserve any stars. Planning for my daughters birthday and ordered from an IRISH company so I would receive in time , with brexit you are not sure of orders getting to if your order from anywhere else . This company is falsely saying it’s Irish!! They need to say they are English on their website so people can make the choice . Instead of saying delivered in 3-5 working days , try weeks . Awful . AVOID AVOID

Schlecht Service, leider habe am Freitag bestellt und noch nicht bekommen! Habe die Expressversand bezahlt und mein Geld ist NICHT auf mein Konto und die Pakete ist leider nicht gekommen! Gibt's kein Telefonnummer und ich habe tausend E-Mails geschickt und noch keine Rückmeldung! Also bin richtig sauer
