Why do you let people order items, say it is on the way then days later cancel it and say the items are no longer available? I don't understand why you allowed it to be ordered then in the 1st place. Will never order again from here for the risk of being disappointed.

Ik wou hier wat decoratie bestellen voor mijn dochter haar verjaardag van My little pony. Deze website had alles (bordjes, ballonnen, slingers,..) aan een heel voordelige prijs waardoor ik hier zeker wou bestellen. Na de reviews te lezen, twijfelde ik wel maar toch gekozen voor partycity.nl om te leveren in België. Ik heb 2 dagen geleden besteld en het vandaag al ontvangen! Ik ben super tevreden!

I ordered products for a party at the beginning of December for an event on the 16th for $159.01. It told me expected arrival on the 14th. It arrived the week after Christmas. I could never get anyone to tell me where my order was. The online tracking told me nothing, except it was out for delivery. Then I had to pay $54.44 to return it because they didn't deliver on time.

Had ik de reviews maar eerder gelezen.. Ook hier te laat geleverd waardoor ik uiteindelijk ergens anders met dure express levering moest bestellen om het op tijd in huis te hebben. Vervolgens moest ik ook nog hoge retourkosten betalen voor terugzending naar Duitsland. Meerdere keren contact proberen op te nemen met de klantenservice maar dit is een kansloze missie...

Ordered some party goods for my daughter’s birthday with delivery date stating 3-5 days - plenty of time. Toy order ‘went missing in transit’ and I cancelled my order. The goods have turned up almost three weeks later. I have been refunded only for the postage - still waiting a full refund as the goods are now not required and were too late to be of any use as the birthday was over two weeks ago. Avoid.

The party city on western right across the street was really horrible. I went in to shop for my boyfriends birthday, i asked an Employee to help me I believe they told me that there names was Denise and Ariana I was given attuited, They didn't help me with anything. I asked them can they help me get something from the top because I couldn't reach it. 15 mins goes by and I was still unhelped I would not be coming back to this party city again!! This is the last time that I am ever stepping foot in a all mexican own Party City. This happened to me in 2019 of September. I am reading everybody's else review about this party city and I should of taken their advice on what they was telling people, I am done with all party citys in chicago

Appalling customer service, no response to emails. Paid extra for premium delivery, order hasn't arrived 2 days after date supplied & is now too late to be used. BUYER BEWARE

Like many the above I trusted this company was Irish, I ordered items for my son's graduation, 17 days still haven't arrived, Graduation was last Thursday, I have sent 3 emails and no reply, not only that when you put in your order number, the system won't recognise your number, do not order form this site. My biggest regret was I didn't review the company, something I always do

I wanted to support an Irish company as I know many are struggling due to the pandemic. I deeply regret giving my business to this company. they are a franchise for an UK company even though their website very much leads you to believe it is an Irish company. I waited 1 month for my items. I contacted them 4 times. no one responded to me. I spoke to the manager and assistant manager who made absolutely no effort to help me with my order. I was given an uk number to ring at my own expense. when I rang I was put through to an automated answering service and given an email address to use. I was not offered a refund and was told I couldn't get one as my funds went to the UK company. the only reason I actually recieved my order is because after waiting an hour on the phone a very nice lady in ups sorted my order. they are absolutely appalling to deal with. stay away! if there was an option, I'd give them zero stars.

I'm done with Party City all together. I made a purchase for my kids costumes in advance to assure that they would be delivered on time. The delivery date said for the 27th that made me happy because if it did not fit I would have just exchanged it at the store. The 28th came and still no costume. I called customer service they assured it was on its way. I tracked it and it said in transit. Here I am on 11/2/20 still no costume. I call customer service and they say " oh it's in transit to arrive to day". Remind you that's what it's been saying for the last 3 days. The same info on the online tracking. At this point I feel that I am entitled to my FULL REFUND back to my card. The representative that does not work for Party City but through an agency was not able to do much from home where she was working. She honestly needs better training as well as to what to say and how to speak to people on the phone. Because if she was trained properly she would not be telling me that it's okay that my package did not come. She should have been showing a little empathy being that Halloween was two days ago. But of course she only goes by what she is taught. I asked for a supervisor. She did not know whom her supervisor was or even to escalate the call too. This is the worse customer service Party City has ever shown me. Then I have to fight with USPS to refuse a package that I never received even up to today the mail already ran. So once again the rep tell me it's due for delivery to and the mail ran already so what are they going to tell me next? NEVER AGAIN. Ill go to the Halloween Spirit store.

Went into Burlington location to pick up a costume that someone had on at a small gathering last night. She told me she got it at Party City. Rather than buy them on Amazon, which I could easily have done, I opted to go into a local retailer in my community and buy it from them. To my surprise they had 50% off on costumes. Wonderful. When I asked about the Monach wings that I wanted they told me they were already packed up in a box. I asked if they new which box, as their promotion started in November 1st. I guess what perplexes me most is why if you have a promotion of 50% off on Halloween costumes, would you pack them all up on-the 1st day of the promotion? When I pushed the manager a bit to help me, she told me that Canadian Tire had purchased them and they are not individually operated anymore, or some hung of that nature. I’ve been in retail as a vendor for 35 years...not only do I not need to know the back story as an excuse not to service me properly, I don’t understand the entire experience. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Fortunately instead of ordering on Amazon, I called the Oakville Party City and the young girl I spoke to was quick to help and is holding the wings for me. I will have to drive there to pick them up, but appreciate that they were helpful. I won’t go into the Burlington location again:(

I purchased a costume to pick up in store and they called to cancel because part of the costume was missing. Then I placed an online order and they shipped the wrong one. When I called to get the new one shipped the representative said it was being re-sent and I would get a confirmation email. I did not get an email. I called back to confirm the order was shipped and going to arrive and received a tracking number and they said it would arrive the same day or the day after. After I hung up I tried the tracking number and it didn't work. When I called back they said that there was no reorder that had been placed and no record of me calling. So the tracking number was false? I'm still not sure and they could not provide any answers. This has honestly been a terrible experience and I never write reviews. I would recommend shopping elsewhere unless you want a hassle.

Ik zag een aantal minder goede reviews maar toch besteld want party city heeft toch veel leuke dingen tegen een aantrekkelijke prijs. In spanning afgewacht. Maar precies op de datum zoals aangegeven op de site kregen we de spullen binnen. En ook de kwaliteit van de spullen is prima. Ik koop hier volgende keer zeker weer!

Order placed on 15/10, never received . Customer service contacted on 28/10 and there is no apology of any kind, simply an explanation "there was not enough room in the sticker to write your full address so UPS didn't find it". And it is to me the customer to contact UPS and try to locate my parcel because my daughter's birthday is in 3 days and I won't have time to order somewhere else. My parcel had been programmed for return already so customer simply announces I will be reimbursed upon receiving my order. No "we're sorry for OUR mistake", nothing. Is there a way to rate 0 this company or report it somewhere so that it is no longer in the market?

Spullen waren op tijd. Echter kwaliteit/ prijs verhouding zeer slecht. Friday 13th masker super duur kwam niet overeen met het plaatje op de verpakking. Andere items hooguit een euro waard geen 5 euro. Afzetters.

Ordered a halloween costume for school dress up. Delivery was due the day before the event. They use UPS (who are useless) and their website/tracking system does not work. One week later it still has not arrived. Party city refunded my delivery cost but won't refund actual item until UPS turn up (whenever that may be) and I refuse the item. Shocking service.

Bestelling nooit ontvangen. Iets besteld voor kinderverjaardag, zou er mer 2-3 dagen zijn. Inmiddels zijn we drie weken verder en is de verjaardag al lang achter de rug. Ze reageren niet op mail. Waardeloos bedrijf.

Dit gaar bedrijf raad ik ten zeerste af. Ze claimen tussen 2-3 werkdagen te leveren, maar na 7 dagen hangt de zending nog steeds bij DHL ergens in Duitsland. Bij klantcontact schuiven ze de schuld in de schoenen van DHL, terwijl zij verantwoordelijk zijn voor de levering. Nooit meer bestellen hier.
