I went into the showroom to browse and Maddie came and helped us navigate! She was incredibly passionate and informative about the cars they had.

This was my second brand new car from this place. Got damaged twice whilst being serviced. Second time they refused to take responsibility for the damage. I got passed from pillar to post and eventually gave up. I decided to take my money else where.

I have been buying my car from Mini Partridge Hampshire for many years now and have also dealt with many car dealers for over 20 years. I can honestly say that Ricky Lopes is one of the hardest working, honest and reliable sales experts i've ever encountered. He delivered over and above service and went out of his way to provide a sale that felt genuine every step of the way, listening to all of my needs, consistently diligent with an effortless ability to balance professionalism and humour to provide a tailored service. Rowan was a pleasure to talk with about the purchase of my perfect mini. I had a idea of what I wanted, Rowan explained it all clearly and throughly in detail and the different options available.He arranged a test drive at short notice which meant that I could decide as soon I was back at the showroom which mini was going to be mine. My entire experience was perfect. From my initial contact with Rowan via telephone, to arranging to view and test drive the car and then handover with Rowan and Ben, it was an exceptional service. Rowan was able to tell me all about the history of the car, and was so flexible on timings given we do not live locally. Ben was very knowledgable too, and took me through all the details of the car upon handover.

Maddy made the ability to look in detail, drive and consider the options, for a Mini Cooper JCW, straight forward and extremely pleasant. She understood my questions and matched me to the model interested in, with offer of a test drive to confirm it met my needs.

She followed up with me afterwards, gave options for when I could expect a new car to be delivered and sent the paperwork to sign, including a loyalty discount for existing Mini owners buying a new car during July.

Partridges have serviced my existing Mini as well as a BMW I owned (next door) and are always going above and beyond to make sure customers get good value and service, with well trained friendly staff.
