Great customer service
We had decided to upgrade our current car and whilst we were waiting for a service on our car we spoke to Ricky about one we had seen on the Partridge website. He told us all about the car in great detail and arranged for it to be brought over for us to test drive the following week. After the test drive we decided we would like to buy the car. Ricky dealt efficiently with the purchase for us explaining everything they could offer. Great service by Ricky.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Ricky was professional and determined to make the sale as seamless as possible. When a few minor problems with the order were identified, Ricky and the team were on it and got it sorted.

Ricky was amazing, he made the process so easy, answered all my questions with wonderful knowledge. Great customer service and even stayed late after closing on the day I collected my car to accommodate my job as a teacher! Super friendly and nothing was too much.

Had an extended test drive in a JCW with Partridge. Jack the Mini Expert there was great. Not pushy and was extremely helpful. Decided to hang on to my current car for a bit but will be going back to them for a deal later in the year!
