My experience with company - negative.
I bought Gobalance for around 150$. We used it a couple of times. After a break of about six months, it never connected to the mobile/iPad again, everything it was connected to before.
There is no support or any reaction by email from company despite I would buy a new gyroscope for ring to continue use it.

PS Company contacted me after this feedback. I can connect an old mobile only to Gobalance with their help.

Ordered (or pledged) a chessxr board in November of 2023 on indiegogowith an estimated delivery of June 2024. Almost 2 years later and I have nothing. Was also asked for an additional $89 to cover delivery (well after initial order or “pledge”).

There are other companies with chess boards that use the same technology that have been out quite awhile. I think waiting 20+ months past the estimated delivery date is enough to expect delivery or a refund.

This chess board is really cool. I keep going up in levals and they seem to be getting harder. I think I am getting better. Can't wait till they come out with the same board and the chess pieces move on thier own. I dont write reviews often but this definatly deserves one. The Harry Potter theam really takes it to a hole different leval. The only thing I can even think of to complain about is that the pieces fall over easily if you can even call that a complaint. The rubber pieces are great just be a little gentile with them as the swords seem a tad delicate. All in all I love everything about this chess board!

I started knowing nothing. I’m now 3 weeks into it and I can play a game against anyone in the world. My coach is the best. She’s like my biggest cheerleader ever!

These guys did a great job. The board and the pieces are very well made. Setting up and syncing the board was a breeze, and the play is intuitive. I'm a beginner, so I started against the board at level 1 of 32. To date, I’ve won the first 4 matches. At some point, probably soon, it’ll start winning, and I’ll really start learning. What a blast. There are other chessboards out there. Buy this one!

I reported a problem with the GoChess Wizard lite board not charging on 9 Jan 2026 after getting it at Christmas. After a month of back and forth emails troubleshooting, they sent a replacement battery which did not resolve the problem. They have determined the board is defective and if I would confirm my address, send a replacement. That was 10 Feb two weeks ago and the last communication I have from them. Great game and concept when it works, very poor customer support if something doesn't work.

The self-moving chess pieces board does not exist! I ordered based on an ad for a board from this company that they later admitted is not actually for sale and is being crowd-funded: "Yes, we do advertise our robotic chess board which is the GoChess XR. However, please note that this specific version of GoChess is not yet available for purchase at our website. The GoChess XR which have the self-moving pieces is still undergoing crowdfunding campaign via Indiegogo."

J'avais hâte de découvrir le monde du Cube , je ne pensais qu'à ça mais là clairement ils m'en ont dégouté.

Scamming on Indiegogo.

These people can't plan a project, nor execute it anywhere accordingly. They've been dragging people along for close to 4 years on Indiegogo with shady updates and other nonsense, but not being anywhere close to delivering the promised product.

Now they even start deleting comments on Indiegogo, reply with ChatGPT, and still try to make them look like they delivered so many working units (of unrelated products).

Don't bother listening to their updates, look at the recent reviews here. People are fed up.

No one cares about the other products you have delivered, those are not the ones in question, and no the ones you've been dragging people along with.
Plus, you know very well that you have been reporting any comments that you didn't like. Comments have disappeared left and right. No one else is doing this on your behalf. I've been keeping screenshots, so these bs excuses of yours (which we all expected) simply do not fly.
No one is making any false claims, you are trying to portray yourself as the victim, blaming users for their frustration of you not hitting EVEN REMOTELY close to what you have promised. And you won't even refund people, despite "understanding that people are fed up".

Save us from your nonsense. Never again.

I received excellent support when I needed a replacement for a faulty board. The customer service was quick to respond and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions throughout the process. I really felt well taken care of and confident as a customer. Highly appreciated!

Outstanding product and very happy with the quality and functionality. The board occasionally doesn't register I've picked up a piece but it is easily identifiable when it occurs and doesn't disrupt the game. I had a small issue activating my board with the included code and customer service was entirely helpful getting it resolved. Very happy with my purchase.

The best Christmas present for my son and me! We are delighted!
