Park Marketing took over our Social Media accounts in August 2024. Prior to that we had used several marketing teams from big agency organisations to small one man bands, but they always ended up fatigued with our business and lost interest in the job at hand. It would be OK to start with when it was fresh and new, but would quickly fade as we lost the ‘shiny new client’ badge.

Will has shown he can bring skills to our team that we were lacking and has consistently regenerated our ad campaigns with the care and attention you would take on your own business. He truly cares and demonstrates this in bringing new ideas to the table and consistently reaching for higher goals. Growth has been steadily rising in an upwards trend and this is thanks to his suggestions and marketing ideas for the 2 brands we run.

He’s not frightened to suggest new approaches to us, and he’s also not opposed to taking on our feedback and following instruction when he’s asked to scale back. This has also been a failing of the media companies we’ve used in the past, but Will understands we have a business to run and profits to make and he’s there to help us meet our goals. It’s a pleasure to have him on our team.

Before working with Park Marketing, I had been creating my own social media ads, but I was never fully confident that I was positioning them effectively or targeting the right audience. It often felt like a bit of guesswork, and I found myself spending time on something I didn’t particularly enjoy, without really knowing if it was working.
My main concern about working with a Facebook Ads agency was whether the cost would justify the results. I wasn’t sure if bringing someone in would actually make a meaningful difference to the performance of our ads.
In the end, we decided to treat it as a short trial - just to see what was possible.
I’m so glad we did.
We were really pleased with the results Will achieved through the campaign. He was professional, respectful of our business values, and very clear in his communication throughout. He delivered on the goals he set out from the beginning, which gave us a real sense of confidence in the process.
One of the biggest shifts for me is that I no longer have to spend time second-guessing ad content or strategy - something I used to find quite draining. Instead, I can now trust an expert to manage this area of the business, which frees me up to focus on the parts of the business I’m strongest in.
