on 06/11/25 on 300 supreme surgery, regents park road, N3 2JX , I got a ticket even though there is fully displayed in the windscreen a valid, disabled Blue Badge.
I consider it disgusting and very bad behavior to give a PCN to an 82yrs old, disabled, with broken hip, walking stick, and heart pulse monitor, who had to see the medical doctor.
Seems this company does its business while disrespecting Disabled citizens!!!

By the way, 24 hours later, their web site does not accept the car number or PCN number???

PCM cannot override lease rights — investigate who really authorised them.

Residents always check your lease before accepting any PCN from Parking Control Management (PCM). Even if they claim to be appointed, PCM cannot override rights already granted under your lease.

They often say they are the principal yet refuse to show any landowner contract, calling it “commercially sensitive.” If they truly were the principal, they must prove ownership, lease, or share in the land.

In most cases, the property management company sits behind this arrangement while the actual landlord stays silent and denies involvement. Demand written proof of PCM’s authority and protect your lease rights not PCM’s signs or hidden deals.

They are supposed to control parking on our development as we live near Gatwick. They never turn up! What do they actually do?

I’m really disappointed with the new parking changes being implemented on our RESIDENTIAL development. The decision will make it nearly impossible to have visitors, as there’s simply nowhere for them to park. The estate already had an unreasonable parking setup — just one visitor bay for around 20 houses. It’s incredibly frustrating to see such poor planning and lack of consideration for residents’ everyday needs. There wasn’t a parking issue so where on earth has this come from?

Agree with many that PCM is completely a scammer. I parked my car in my private bay and was sent a fine by PCM. I appealed that I was the owner, I displayed permit in car which was just upside down but it could be clearly viewed, the PCN was not appropriately put such that it was not visible from inside of the car, and PCN was not sticked to the car so it was blown by wind. With so many strong evidences, PCM still persists to fine me. What is the point to allow PCM to use my property to make money? They try to use every excuse to make money from the owners! Get rid of this rubbish scammer.

This is introducing complainants to the existence of Accredited Trade Associations.
My experience with PCML was not good. It began with a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) which I paid promptly. I then noticed an additional charge (£3.53) on my CC for ‘cash’. I wrote 3 letters to PCML (complaints) asking for a repayment with no reply. In frustration, I sued them for this trivial amount and costs and the judge dismissed both my claim and PCML’s counterclaim for costs (they had piled in with solicitors and a barrister!). The case centred on PCML’s use of a Mastercard code seemingly reserved for “Government Entities” but on which the judge ruled that it could also be used for “motor vehicle violations” by a private entity. Parking companies usually belong to an Accredited Trade Association (ATA) to which, following an unsuccessful appeal or complaint to the company themselves, the complaint can be referred. For PCML, this is International Parking Community (theIPC). Note that complainants will ideally have read the Code of Practice (CoP) for corporate members of the ATA and, strangely, complainants have to register on their portal as members of the ATA.
On 23rd March 25 I submitted a complaint to the ATA that PCML were not following the CoP. The interchange with the ATA stopped and the complaint was dismissed when PCML said that they had not received my initial 3 letters.
The message from this entry is that if you have a legitimate complaint or appeal where you have followed procedure and which has been declined by PCML, take it to the ATA. Make sure you keep your receipts, evidence, proofs of postage etc. when doing so.

Received a parking ticket when I had paid the full £20 24hour parking fee - ticket was allocated whilst I was parked in a legitimate parking bay which PCM said was not classified as such! There is no proof and no signs by the parking bays to confirm this!
Absolute FARCE of a company - absolute Thieves! Customer Service Team have no empathy apart from racking in as much money as possible through any means! The parking inspector even sits and watches residents park their cars and issues unlawful tickets before the FREE 30 minute session is up!

Absolute trash service. Have had an illegally parked vehicle for 2 weeks now and they refuse to attend.

I would give them zero if possible. Complete scammers. They are a disgrace and I really don't know how companies like this are allowed to operate. Its time the government clamped down on companies like them. the fine was completely unjustified. I am just pleased I strung them along long enough they had to send me 4 letters which probably cost them more than the fine. Top tip don't tell them driver name. Tell them they are unavailable and string them along for a few weeks. Everyone does this and their costs will end up more than their revenue and perhaps they can then all go and get themselves a proper job.

This company is a scam. They only find a way to extort money from people. They issues PCN even to the residents and when the PCN is being appealed against, all you get is the standard rejection all because they want to get money. Everyone should start writing their MPs and put pressure on the Government to get rid of PCM UK because they are nothing but scammer.

I appealed, as my hire car was parked in my apartment space on the day my real car was at the garage, had left permit in car by mistake. They refused appeal despite me proving I live here and is my space! I travelled on an extensive holiday to Egypt, returned to a letter saying fine now £100! Paid immediately on return and, despite this they harass me with debt collectors from bailiffs, Tracey. Despite showing paid amount. They persist. CRIMINALS. AM CONSIDERING LEGAL ACTION NOW, AS FEEL PERSECUTED. AS THEY ONLY COMMUNICATE VIA WRITTEN POST, HOW IS ONE TO KNOW IF AWAY TRAVELLING. THIS IS INEPT , UNPROFESSIONAL IN THE DAYS OF EMAILS

I went to their office to do a delivery. I walked in to find two males engaging in some sort of sexual activity. I got the hell out of there when they asked if I wanted to join in

Dealing with PCM is like stepping into a Kafkaesque nightmare of bureaucracy, greed, and zero accountability (note the nameless letter correspondence). I can only imagine the kind of people drawn to work for such an organisation: joyless rule enforcers who seem to take pleasure in punishing honest mistakes rather than applying a shred of common sense or human decency.

These are not people guided by fairness or community spirit. They appear to be the type who measure success in how many lives they can inconvenience and how many hard-earned pounds they can siphon off through petty technicalities. How accomplished you will feel when reflecting on your death beds.

A valid permit, slightly obscured by no fault of my own, was all they needed to pounce. No dialogue. No logic. Just a soulless machine churning out fines with mechanical cruelty.

Avoid any business or property that uses PCM. The system, and those behind it, operates with cold indifference to fairness, context, or basic human compassion.

Horrid company. My parking permit (which was on the windscreen) slipped down out of full view and they rejected my appeal on this basis. Anything to get money out of you.

After 3 years wich I was buying like a stupid a flat in so call Residential Area this useless PCM in one week is putting me 2 lovely fine because there blind people don’t see or is don’t want to see the VALIDITY PERMIT PARKING on the windshield of my car and is coming like Batman between 2:30 and 4:45 in the morning nobody to see them .I gone sue them for cain of things is not acceptable

My area uses these for parking monitoring as private area! we are meant to get a free book of scratch off tickets. But I haven't been informed by anyone about this. So I had to buy a booklet which was 10.99 plus 1.99 delivery. now 12.50 plus 2.50 postage .! tried to contact about free booklet but no answer no reply to message! also do check on their address its only a house at end of street ??? suspect

Fined for parking in my own bay, as it seems many people have been. Appealed with evidence of my right to park there. Had to chase the appeal 2 weeks later via email (their phone lines are only open til 3pm). They then lied, and said the appeal response had been posted to me days earlier (it still hasn't been received, another full week later). The appeal was rejected but reduced from £60 to £20... they know there is no legal basis for the claim, but count on people not wanting to risk debt collectors/court, which is explicitly threatened in the appeal response. So from this experience, it seems like they are liars (about the appeal response letter) and chancers (by reducing the debt, but still trying to claw some money). Come to your own conclusion from the 700+ other 1 star reviews here and on Google.

Insist on parking scratch cards but don't issue them to tenants. Licence to print money. I'm not paying this one. I want my day in court this time. Absolute scum of a company
