Very bad service. I think was the worse I ever experienced. I book meet and greet . On arrival at the airport been told that they have a problem and I have to drop my car at holiday inn hotel … when I get there they said I had to go to holliday inn express and walk to terminal. Luckily I paid fast track security if not probably will loose my flight. Took ages to answer the phone both times to go and come back. Took them almost 45 minutes to bring my car on return. Ridiculous service.

Booked Meet&Greet for Luton airport 21-30Aug, price was somewhat 10£ cheaper. Don’t fall for that.
Once received the confirmation, at the very bottom it’s notifying that some other company will handle meet and greet.
Once I gave them a call for dropping car off 30min notice, they sent me to the hotel parking and not airport drop off plus 7£ fee. Was suspicious but ok, thinking they’ll send a shuttle bus from there to airport. But no, said they have no license now to get to airport and we have to go by foot. That’s a totally not meet&greet, and not even park&ride and should be much cheaper than 10£.
Whole family had to go with whole luggage for 25min to airport across the road. Thankfully wasn’t raining and had enough spare time left for luggage drop off.
On return they sent us to airport drop off area to fetch a shuttle bus which will not wait for us and had left before we arrived with luggage. Called me back saying it will return in 15min, which wasn’t a problem. After 20min no one arrived but called me back saying they will drop the car off at drop off area now. Arrived after 15min, left the car and walked off. Due to the roadworks around area traffic is immensely slow. Takes 15min to get out of it.
It was a horrible experience and I would avoid it next time.
The whole Luton airport parking is a mess actually and partially airport owners are at fault.
Nonetheless companies didn’t notify me on changes and held our family at ransom once you on a way to airport and is too late and expensive to change anything.

Avoid at all cost!
Rarely answer the phone.
Disorganised proces overall.

Did Meet & Greet - which we have done with other companies with no problem.

Booking and confirmation went ok, but on drop off, when we finally found the driver in diff car park then the one stated on booking, we were then told to pay the car park fee of £13, felt quite concerned about leaving car with random person in diff car park.

The return was horrendous!! Rang them and was told it would be 45 mins to 1hr - after 1 hr I phoned numerous times as car still hadn't moved. 2hrs later phoned again, car then moved on tracker which we could see was parked 1.5 miles away. 20 mins still no car. Looked on tracker and could see location of car - so walked to where it was and saw it parked up in a totally diff car park - when we got there there was no driver so rang them again to see where driver was for key and was told he had to take another car and keys were on the wheel - 😳😳😳😡😡😡😡😡😡fuming

So they left a £60K car in a random car park at Stansted with the keys on wheel

We got in car and then had to pay again to exit car park

I would strongly advise anyone considering SC Parking's Meet & Greet service at Stansted Airport to avoid them like the plague.
My experience from 18–22 August was completely unacceptable from start to finish.
On departure, I repeatedly called before arriving at the airport but nobody answered. I eventually got through and was told the driver was 10 minutes away. I then waited for over an hour in the Green Car Park, repeatedly being told the driver was "almost there" when this was clearly not the case. As a result of the delay, I had to pay £21 in parking charges instead of the £10 as advertised, and nearly missed my flight.

Unfortunately, the return journey was even worse. After calling on arrival, I was told my car would be delivered within an hour, despite the company's email stating approximately 30 minutes. In reality, I waited for 1 hour and 35 minutes for my vehicle. During this time, numerous calls to the office went unanswered. When the driver finally arrived, there was no apology, no explanation and no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused.
The lack of communication, poor customer service and failure to deliver the Meet & Greet service that was advertised and paid for was shocking. The delays significantly impacted our onward journey and meant we arrived home much later than planned.
A Meet and Greet service should provide convenience and reliability. Unfortunately, this service provided neither. Based on our experience, I do not recommend using SC Parking.

Do NOT use this company. It’s NOT meet and greet it’s at Luton station and you have to get a shuttle to the airport. The cars are filthy and some have been damaged.
AVOID at all costs.

One of the worst. Avoid this company. On returning from holiday, my car was parked far away, even though I paid for Meet and Greet. They left my key on the tire and a ticket inside. On exit I had to pay £38. When I called to ask what they did, they hang on me. I continued to pursue and was given a number to call, they never answer the phone and disconnect. You can’t speak to them.

Poor service. You must avoid them.

For a start they can do what they said and what we paid for, I.E. Meet and Greet. On the morning we were directed to Luton Railway station car park, instead of the meet and greet parking in terminal 1 We then had to wait for them to take us in a mini bus to the terminal pick up drop off place along with other people. On the return we had to make our way to the Pick up/drop off parking wait for the mini bus and it then took us and 3 other groups, when they arrived, to the luton station car park. No fun with and 8 year old.
I will never use this Company again

Took 2 hours to get our car on meet and greet, don’t answer the phone to advise you have landed , rude and don’t enter your vehicle in the system to be delivered back. Never again

Only waited a couple of minutes for driver to arrive both at handover at 05:00 on the weds and at handover at 18:00 a week later. Very polite and car returned in same condition left. JS

Never trust this corrupt outfit as my earlier post stated I got a £60 parking fine a week after I got home because for some reason a driver had entered the orange car park before we had landed i appealed the fine only to be told unless I could prove who the driver was what a joke he had tail gated the car in front and left without paying then brought the car back two hours later that was one and a halve hours after I requested it this needs to go to the wall as fraudsters

Ive thought long and hard about writing this review. I wrote one previously giving them a one star after repeatedly trying to get hold of the through their customer portal, whattsapp, email and phone calls , to rectify a mistake that I made. They didnt reply. I left the 1 star review and they got in touch that day. At They said that if I took the review down that they would rectify the problem free of charge. I took the review down and then surprise surprise I got a call saying I had to pay extra money after all.
I then requested a refund in full as I had lost all trust in them. I did get it in full, hence the 2 stars and not the 1.
I know it was my mistake, but I had taken the review down and then they then went back on their word. I will definitely not use them again.

My one reply to their reply is.....GDPR? You still dealt with me and didnt contact either myself or my friend until I reviewed you.

This was not a drop-off service - so it fell very short of expectations. The staff at the airport / shuttle bus were very polite but the staff on the phones were impossible to understand - and gave conflicting information. We were taken to the scruffiest car park to collect our car - so inevitably the car was filthy.

Best meet and greet experience - would definitely recommend.

When I dropped my car I had to wait almost 45 minutes and nearly missed my flight because of the driver who supposed to drop us at the terminal. Our shuttle supposed to be right away but the driver waited for other people just to do one trip.
When we arrived no one answeared at the number provided in the email and I called 7 times, luckily I had the drivers number that dropped us and called him.
Very disappointed with this car park and I will not use it again.
I would not recommend this car park.
In the future I would pay more for Meet & Greet at the airport.

I booked for 10am Stansted Airport. No meet and greet - on entering the orange carpark I was informed the carpark was full and that I should drive around the carpark and enter any bay vacated. I phoned at 9.30 -30min before arriving and I logged 19 calls from my phone alone. More than 50% not a answered. I was told on one call to place my key on top of the car roof as my gate was closing in 50min. It took 1hr 10min for someone to arrive at 11.10. Also my dash cam was disconnected by the driver so had no idea where my car was parked during my absence. Total sham - beware of comparison sites when booking as I thought I had booked thr official meet & greet.

Exited the airport at 21.15 rang and was told car would be with me in 30 mins it eventually turned up at 22.20 on entering the car passenger seat was in the laid down position smell of smoke in the car avoid this company at all costs
