Didn't initially understand how the feature worked.

Ridiculous to pay for parking but.app made it easy

I parked and paid via the site and received a parking ticket 2 min after I walked off. Makes no sense! Now I’m spending time disputing waiting for a response.

It was easy to set up, and they send you a message to let you know when time is almost up.

Horrible experience

I parked, scanned the code and was in the process of paying (2 minutes). When meter bandit was already at the car writing a ticket. He had it wrote 3 minutes after I parked. He claimed his phone wasn't updated then said well it's updated now I guess I have to cancel the ticket. Meter bandit was seriously rude and frustrated he had to cancel the ticket. Give people time to pay....not rocket science.

I was given a parking ticket. I left well before my time purchased. I disputed it and was told to ignore the ticket but it’s the humiliation of a ticket on my window that upset me.

QR codes made paying for parking easy to use and hassle free.

Nothing went wrong,it was an easy process. However, I have never had to pay before when visiting Westgate. Plus when I went there was no one even there. Seems as though Westgate is becoming greedy.

The parking spot was great. It was a concrete slab the right size for my vehicle to rest on. The company that keeps emailing me to review a f@cking parking spot though? Total sh!t!

The website charged me three times all at the same time. I am very disappointed that the system did not confirm the time at the time of payment which made me believe that the process did not go through. I think I will look for parking instead of paying.
