It took ten minutes to park because you asked for so much information. The only thing you need t gather as a parking garage is my license plate. You do not need my name, my address. . . . . etc. just my plate and payment! We were already late to our event because of all the downtowm construction and screwing around in your garage made it worse!

Parking Recogition Fail
They're sending me texts to pay for parking at a place in Denver when I haven't left my house (in Tennessee).
I reached out to their customer support and have not heard back from them.

No mention of cost...
$20+ for 3 hours of being in a parking deck on a random Tuesday in March seemed excessive. It would have been nice to post the costs, I would have never entered the deck.

I didn't see any staff onsite. The garage signing was vague on if public could park at this location, and it has a very steep hill without mirrors to help with visibility.
