Unable to pay ticket at kiosk

Due to dilated eyes it was impossible to pay with a credit card. On the positive side the person allowed me to exit the garage and pay online (which I did). More light would have helped.

I was stuck at the gate for several minutes because it wouldn't accept my ticket. When I spoke to the attendant on the speaker, she had me keep trying. She then walked me through paying using my smartphone. Don't know what would have happened if I didn't have it with me. Then a 99-cent service fee was added to my charge when it wasn't my fault!

daily parking checkout would not take credit cards. When they sent me a bill to pay over my cell phone. They included a $.99 service fee. Disgraceful.

If I was able to give it a zero, I would!
After putting in my ticket, 2 of my credit cards wouldn’t work in the machine. While a very long line of cars behind me was forming, the
attendant who I was speaking with would not let me out to solve the problem.

Because my credit cards was not accepted by the machine, it was great to be to work the problem out, which I did.

There were two cars ahead of me that couldn't get out through the system. When I got to the check out system I couldn't get out either. Someone one came to my window and ask what is the problem. I told her the system doesn't work. Your attendant ask for a lot of personal information from me and my tag number before the gate would open. Should put in a system that you can Tap the screen with a card and get the information.

I had trouble with meter not accepting my credit card and called for help. Person answering took my information. But driver behind me helped me and my payment went through. Then I got billed with added service charge. I was unable to find working contact info to correct this. When I tried to pay online transaction did not go through so I re-entered my info and then got additional charge. Called number on charges and was told I would receive refund form. I did not get this.
After writing this s review the company responded that they will reimburse one payment. This is insufficient since I clearly wrote that I was TRIPLE charged. I paid my once on the day of service with a credit card, the paid TWICE on a different day and used a different credit card for these two charges. I have paid a total of $13.98 for a $4.00 charge. Ridiculous!

For some reason your machine would not take my credit cards. I had at least 4 cars behind me. The real person who came on the audio had tompete with automated voice in the parking machine. I could barely understand her. Another driver came to help & could no understand her either. Something needs to change!!

I COULD NOT GET MY CREDIT CARD OUT OF MACHINE AS MY FINGERS ARE VERY ARTHRITIC. PUSHED BUTTON FOR HELP AND BOTH PEOPLE I SPOKE TO, USED EXACT SAME VERBAGE AS THEY WERE READING FROM A SCRIPT. THERE WAS A LINE OF PEOPLE BEHIND ME.... THEN I HAD TO GIVE HIM MY LICENSE TAG NUMBER ETC SO THEY COULD BILL ME !!!!!! I HELD UP THE LINE FOR 20 MIN!!!! aLL OF THIS FOR $5.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Slow response and no one come to the gate to help. it took about a half hour to solve a simple problem and charge the time for additional fee. This is really bad.
